The products simply perform their stated effects when used properly. Although the taste of a small sum of their prodtucts need improvement, the items are safe and effective when used as directed.

I use Tectonic red and peptide pro. They are both awesome products I get great results and all your products are top of the line the company is awesome.

The Native Whey Concentrate is fantastic. Blends well with everything, and great value.

He has absolute best stuff around. Any question I've ever asked he's been able to answer with assurance. The prices are a little higher but the quality is superior.

Clear site navigation for product I need. Efficient checkout

I placed an order and received an automated response stating the order was received. Five days later and still no receipt or shipping confirmation so I texted (because that's all you can do to communicate) asking about my tracking number. They sent a picture of a USPS tracking label with a return address of an apartment! Two days later I checked the tracking number, and it is no good. At this point I have lost any and all faith in this seemingly one-person show working out of an apartment. There is no telling what is in the product. They claim to have a truly 100% hydrolyzed protein. At this point I believe it's a scam or an extremely poor business model. I demanded a refund. Still waiting for that too.

Would have given 5 Stars but..

1) The bags that the supplements come in are very cheap and do not close properly. Each of the bags when I had opened them, the “locks” that would typically secure the bag closed came undone and they could no longer close moving forward. Unfortunately I have had to keep all of the bags closed with some form of “chip clip”.

2) Not all of the supplements come with some form of “scooper”. That is very inconvenient as we all know.

I think all would agree that with how expensive protein factory supplements are, they should be able to provide us those two very minimal things.

Other than those two grievances the products have been great.

Excellent quality protein at an affordable price! Great customer service. The owner is available and responds in a timely manner. He has always helped me with shipping problems or anything else. If your considering going with this company just do it, you will not regret it Two thumbs way up 👍👍
