This site is a rip off, I ordered a couple items they sent confirmation then a letter stating it was sent, numerous emails they are legitimate and they are a great company. They took my money in June and I reported Fraud to my credit card company, by October my credit card was reimbursed me $78 Canadian No Stars 000000000000000000000000000

I hope this experience will serve as a reminder to me that due diligence is required, namely researching companies I do not know of before purchasing products online through them. I am in the same boat as the other reviewers here regarding "Proustore". Back in May, I got excited by a viral reel that showcased a woman's electric razor that all the women in the reel just raved about! In my haste, I blindly ordered the item or through the scammer site. I had all but forgotten about it until an email update from PayPal hit my inbox saying the package has been 101 days in shipping. The majority of which the shipping site, 4pxexpress.com, says has been sitting in customs at LAX. I should note, that "Proustore" has simply stopped replying to my emails. So, please please please! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! Like my fellow reviewers, I wish I could award Proustore zero stars or negative stars would be even better and more satisfying!

Scam and they offer little to no refund or fix

They do not honor their refund if you do not like it. Wanted my refund and the offered me $10 dollars which I paid way more than that. I am gathering about the reviews being a scam Don’t shop here ! It’s a scam

Wish I had researched this company before I spent 74.00!!! Total rip off buyer beware!! Ordered 3 bodysuits, all three came in different sizes but only one size ordered. I did not save original package therefore I can not return make sure you save the package and even then the yea have to approve it!! Quality is terrible!!!

They never delivered my package. The post office confirms they never got it ether. They say they will pay me $6 for my trouble. My order was over $40. It is a total ripoff.

Absolute robbers … don’t trust them and buy anything from them ..I bought the snap on smiles and they arrived as mitten pieces of plastic. They would not even work as a door stop… immediately contacted the company and they would not honour their return policy and offered me 10% of the price I paid as compensation .. the postage price of a return was about the whole of the price paid .. don’t know how they managed to scam that … absolutely dreadful DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!!!!

I received batana oil however it has no scent whatsoever. I think its fake. False advertisement!

If I could with 0 stars I would. This company ought to be shut down. Ordered an item, received junk. Customer service sucks big time. The worse. They offered a $7 refund on a $58 order and said I could keep the item...lololol. gee, thanks so much !!!! Oh and by the way, good thing I didn't hold my breath. I never got refund.....stay away from these cochroaches.

Product was ineffective for me despite decent endorsements online. I received the product as advertised but it doesn’t work. I asked for the guaranteed refund several times via email. No reply. I called their phone number. Went directly to voice mail. No reply. Pretty easy to offer a 100% money back if unhappy with the product if you simply ignore the refund requests.
Brutal!

I wouldn’t even give 1 start, ordered Bantana natural hair growth oil, never received my order. I have a tracking number but seems bogus, emailed them but no response. Even have the nerve to request to rate my item. How when I never received it!!! Total scram!!!

Terrible service. Took six weeks to receive the product and then they sent the wrong color. I ordered light shade and they sent medium. I will never buy from them ever again.

Ordered end of April, no product , tracking number are BS. Finally going through my credit card for refund and not getting product. SCAM

Ordered a few things on here about a month ago, never received initial confirmations. About two weeks ago got a "tracking email" saying it's on its way, but when clicking into it the tracking number isn't even the right number of digits it says. Yesterday I got an email saying my items was delivered and they want to know how I like the items and to review them. I have sent their customer service email as well as the email paypal provided to me (which is an outlook.com email so that's another red flag) and have gotten no response at all. I will be filing a claim with PayPal soon. I will wait a few more days to see if it's a full on scam, but so far it seems very very likely. Either way, horrendous customer service and communication.

I ordered the real life bunny. All the bunny did was hop stop and squeak. Repeat. Did not do anything like it did on the add. I could have bought the same bunny at the 2 dollar shop. What a load of rubbish.

i ordered reading glasses, they came broken, I emailed them regarding this and send photos. They are to make deal, to take half my money , and keep faulty glasses. I want my money back. Don't order anything from them, their product pieck junk. And customer service are scam artists.

Very poor customer service and service! I been reaching out to them to request my refund because I haven’t received my order! Numerous of times! They keep sending the same email over and over ! Going on a month and still nothing! Please don’t order from them! I didn’t want to click any star!

SCAM
Orders 4/23/25, emailed twice and have never received a tracking number or anything. STAY AWAY.
