Great items, delivered in perfect condition. Couldn’t be any happier with my lampshade

Bought a Hasami plate. Very expensive but difficult to find anywhere else in the UK. I would consider using them again if I can't find a better price more locally.

Nick & his team have created a stunning space for sharing their ethos of sustainable, ethically produced, beautifully crafted wares. The plates I purchased are gorgeous. Handcrafted by Lily Pearmain. Antiquities to pass down to future generations. Beautiful works of art which are functional & make the daily ritual of cooking & eating a pleasure rather than a necessity. Our world is a much better place thanks to people like Nick & stores like Provision.

Great people to deal with and a range of fabulous one-off items on their site. When I had an issue with one of my orders, this was sorted out quickly. It's a level of customer care you don't get with big, national companies and is another reason to support smaller businesses.

Lovely considered product, easy to order and straight forward delivery

Found the place online on a friend's strong recommendation. Bought and delivered cookware as a gift (so I've not seen it myself up close yet) but the recipient was very happy.

We love our dining room table and chairs. They arrived as promised, professionally and securely packed. The quality is amazing and they look exactly like the photos on line.
We had a hiccup with the type of chairs delivered - mostly my fault. The company exchanged them. There was lag time between with the exchange but the company kept in communication with us all entire time.
