When I will be not able to close my account please. Its lots of deficult in this formalities.

I will write my bad experience with Proxtrend so that people know and be careful. I found Proxtrend under Instagram that posted the Finance Minister speaking. I thought if I got money, I will donate to the Free Hospital built by my Guru. Finally I registered on August 1, 2025 with an entry fee of $200. I said that I am a new person who is completely inexperienced & still need to learn.
My Senior Account Manager, Mr. Kartik Mehta spoke very polite & pleasantly. It turns he was a big liar as I later found out. During a zoom call, when he saw that I had 22 lakh INR in my HDFC account, he eagerly took it. I asked, "How I can trust you?" He laugh & said, "I am a Senior Account Manager at Proxtrend. Don't worry, this money will be invested in your name." When I explained that the money was from Mutual Fund I had invested 17 lakh in 2017 and which had now grown to 22 lakh in 2025, he said that at Proxtrend, that amount cound be earned in 3 weeks. He said, "We'll take it now, ands we'll return it later."
He told me that Trump and Putin would be meeting & this would affect my money, so I need to invest 20 lakh rupees more ($22.500) to protect the 2 crore INR ($225.000) I already had. He even asked me to borow the money if I didn't have it. Imagine, if I had borrowed that money, I would have been burdened with debt because he would't have return my money.
Strangely, every time I try to withdraw my money, even if it's only $200, I always get the message, "The amount to withdraw was not available." Withdrawal was only possible if my Account Manager approves it and the total amount is limited to $1000 across 3 withdrawal. Because I was completely inexperienced and due to my ignorance, I thought withdrawal were only possible after I
left the company and he will send the money.
I left Proxtrend on September 29, 2025 because I felt I had enought money to do charity work. I calculated, if I substract my initial capital of 71 lakh INR ($81.000), the remainder would be Rs12.900.000/. Subtracting another 1/3 that I had to share with Proxtrend (43 lakh INR), I would have 86 lakh left. After accounting for the dollar to rupee exchange rate, I would probably have 50 lakh INR. That is enough to buy ambulance (35 lakh) and 2 hospital beds (8.5 lakh x 2 = 17 lakh).
I was told by the SBI Manager that in India we can invest today and withdraw the next day. Mr. Kartik Mehta said that with US dollars, it would take 6 days. So on October 5th or 6th, 2025 my money should have been released from the market. But until today, I haven't received a single cent, though I said, "Please, return only my capital."
Mr. Kartik Mehta and his superior, the Head of Finance, Mr. Amarveed, said that I had to pay another 30 lakh rupees ($33.746) or provide a Bank Statement showing 50 lakh rupees ($56.243) Readily Available Funds, before my money would be transferred. Otherwise, he wouldn't send it, and my money would be lost. My SBI Bank Manager said that the Readily Available Funds could be withdrawn without my knowledge.
Mr. Kartik Mehta kept calling me, asking me to send him my Bank Statement.
At that time, I saw on Google and Trust Pilot that Proxtrend was a scam and fraud company. It was unclear where Proxtrend was actually located, and the ownership was not clearly stated.
I sent an email to Proxtrend Customer Service and explained my case. Bu they said that my case would be investigated. Until now, December 23, 2025 there has been no response, and I haven't received a single cent.
They used so many telephone number with +44 (more than 80 phone numbers).

Not even capable of 1 star. My experience with Proxtrend and their representative Mr. Rahul has been extremely bad. I am very new to trading, but no proper or genuine information was provided to me.

Mr. Rahul was only focused on asking for deposits and completely ignored my withdrawal requests. There was no proper coordination or support when I asked about withdrawing my money.

Because of their misleading and unprofessional behavior, I have lost around $4,000 USD. Based on my experience, Proxtrend is a fraud company, and Mr. Rahul is a cheater.

I strongly warn everyone: please do not trade with Proxtrend. They are not genuine and appear to be full of scammers.

If it was negative review i would have given to them .. dont deposit and loose yoour money .. they ll show big big dreams finally you ll loose your money ..

It is extremely disappointing to deal with such unethical practices. They operate like real scammers. Their only aim is to pump money from clients, and their relationship managers deliberately advise and convince customers to take highly risky trades, leading to heavy losses. The guidance provided is clearly manipulated to benefit the platform, not the client. This behavior is misleading, exploitative, and completely unacceptable. I reported the matter and got assistance I refused to let them go away with my money filed a complaint and got everything back within few days. seek help if you can. Based on this ordeal, my advice to prospective clients is to avoid this platform.

Extremely poor customer service
After much consideration I deposited sum of $5000 to invest and in the space of 48hour I was able to double the deposited funds with them with the aim of been profitable and recommend them to my family to start trading as well so on the long run until when I requested to withdrawal the initial deposit it was impossible for more than 48hours before I realized am dealing with scam broker and I was referred to check trustpilot review about them and it all confirmed they are scammer …..Be cautious when you are trying invest online, luckily for me I was able to recoup my lost initial deposit back with the help of Spectra-finance (security)I really appreciate thier effort.

I Lost the entire amount of money that was deposited

Proxtrend is cheating and money looting trading and investment company.They looted my money and all the account managers and customer care team all are cheated me by big assurances.I lost my hard earned USD500 dollars last and this week.

Please don't trust in their sweet words all are big fraudsters and looting common man's money.

I have all the proof with me to show that.Account managers Kunal Kapil and entire staffs and customer care teams are doing daily cheating every clients.

If anyone deposited money please withdraw at the earliest and don't believe in their commitments or attractive words and promises all 200% fake.

The cheating happened 10th October, 11th October and 14th October.I have every transaction and conversation proofs to show anywhere.

Your senior account manager shaheer.r is a fraudulent person he used to exploit honest and simple person like me he looted my precious money by fraud he always with malafide intention charged Indian rs 5/- per usd more than the market rate by depositing my money in Ridhi Sidhi gold account in a private bank ltd Bombay based bank. Proxtrend should have terminated him immediately. He is not a trustworthy employee for proxtrend

Shaheer R claiming himself senior account manager is a fraudulent person he with bad intention giving bad advise losing money of my husband he is not a faithful & proxtrend is not a good company stay away from it.my husband lost $9000 usd

Proxtrend and Shaheer R conned me. It’s a Ponzi scheme stay away from it, they don’t let you access your original funds lost $9,000 USD.

Even I lost my 200 USD
You will get a call from one of this scammers to deposit just 200USD and they'll give a bonus of 200USD..You cannot withdraw your 200USD. Once you transfer, the money is gone! Forget it!One scammer ( calling himself 'Senior Accounts Manager'.) will call you to Zoom meeting and ask you to share your mobile screen for depositing in various trades.
5.You will be surprised to see the huge profits made within seconds. - That's the bait!
6. He will tell stories like Trump Putin meet, Ukraine war, this summit that summit and blah blah... to attract you to invest more! - That's the trap!!
7. If you agree to invest - you are the scapegoat! ( Your life turns upside down here! Your happiness disappears here! You drag your innocent family into the danger zone, a blackhole,a real hell).
8. He will press you to transfer more and more money assuring huge profits! If you do so means "you are trapped!" (They will celebrate it in their underground office!)
9.Just for your thoughts and ask yourself:
a) Do you know the physical location of Proxtrend office? Can you go and meet anyone of them?
b) Do you know where your hard earned money is deposited? (You cannot withdraw a penny from there!) Is it a real account or fake?
c) They're all shadowy hyenas longing for a fatty prey. (Hope, you are not the one!)
Never be victimized by this scammers who are hiding somewhere looking for innocent people!

Nothing but a platform that just want to steal from traders, a profit minded investor should better trade with Zineᥒsis Investment and benefit from the offers they provide.

The biggest scam site. They fraud people only. They looted around 3.5 lacs from me in just one week.

Proxtrend's interface is quite intuitive. I quickly figured out the navigation and functionality. However, some elements look outdated. Small visual improvements would not hurt.
