This is my first time purchasing pet coverages. I compared several companies for converges and pricing and I paid close attention to reviews and recommendations. Wasted time and money with this pet insurance.
Do not get your policy through Prudent Pet, literal scam for your money. They find any loophole to not approve any treatment that was required due to new conditions, as well as charging so much to find out simple preventive treatments or annual exams are not included and would cost more to add on.

Pet insurance coverage is determined by the specific plan and add-ons selected at enrollment, as well as the medical documentation provided by the treating veterinarian. Routine and preventive services, including certain components of dental procedures, are eligible for reimbursement only if a wellness add-on is in place prior to treatment.
Additionally, any conditions noted in your pet’s medical records before the policy’s effective date are considered pre-existing and are not eligible for coverage under the terms of the policy.
