Ellie, Sharon and Favour were amazing with all their help from start to finish. I couldn’t recommend them more they were perfect from helping me with the repair to organising additional jewellery to be added to my order. I sent an email to them, within minutes I had received a response and by early evening I had confirmation of replacement order. No hesitation, no arguments no qualms. I would like to say the customer service was excellent. Bought some earrings which wasn’t as expected and didn’t fit right . Contacted them and after sending video evidence of me wearing them , they accepted the fault and replaced them straight away .

Where do I start I order a necklace from another place similar to the one I ordered from PRYA it sadly broke so come across prya found a better necklace can tell the quality is so much better .
