really impressed with PRYA. i had a bit of a hiccup with my order but they were very quick to jump in and help me out. my necklace arrived today and it's exactly what i was looking for. love the quality and the customer service was genuinely great. With custom pieces patience is definitely needed, other than that I can’t fault this company as it’s rare that most companies look after their customers this way. Thank you for the customer service and resolving my concerns I’d recommend anyone to buy from here.

Priya has a wonderful collection of amazing jewellery, and I keep going back to their wonderful website to find something else either for myself or for a present. I have just bought another pair of beautiful earrings - the Nadia Knot Knocker Earrings this time as a present for a loved one! I ordered a personalised item on the 5th of February. They said it was 4week wait it’s now the 20th of march and I have not received the item. I have not been giving an update as to when my package will arrive the last information I got was that it was still being made 4 weeks after the order was made. I have requested a refund and I have had no response. You have taken my money and given me nothing. I will never order again or recommend anyone else to order with them either.

Terrible business

Absolutely appalling customer service. I was told that the deliver would be expected within one week when I was purchasing. This was for a valentines gift, it showed up an entire 6 weeks later.. disgusting. No offer of refund

Not impressed at all - placed an order on 12 February 2026 to make sure I had the order for my daughters birthday - i hadn't heard anything at all so contacted them today. They told me they are catching up with orders and it could take 5-7 weeks. This was not made clear to me when I placed my order - so I have asked to cancel it and get my money back and they have said no, I'm too late!! Not impressed at all - terrible service!!!!

Ordered from here for the first time, item came in a reasonable time unfortunately there was a problem with the item however Sharon from customer service dealt with my concern quickly and professionally so thank you very much. I wasn’t expecting the resolution to be this easy so thankyou for that, would recommend and would be my first point of call for jewellery now

Lovely Gifts
I ordered a set of earrings and a necklace while in New Zealand to be delivered to Australia.
They turned up in Australia with in ten days beautifully gift wrapped.

And the jewellery was stunning,very pleased.

I’m really disappointed with my experience purchasing a personalised necklace from this company. Considering the price, I expected much higher quality and durability. Unfortunately, after only a few months of wearing it, the necklace started to turn rusty and the gold plating began to rub off.
What makes this even worse is that this is the second time it has happened. I previously ordered a personalised necklace from them and experienced the exact same issue. On top of that, the first time I ordered, they went over the predicted production and delivery time frame. Given that they take weeks, sometimes even months, to produce and deliver these personalised pieces, you would expect them to be of excellent quality. They claim the long wait is due to the care and craftsmanship involved, but the end result simply does not reflect that.
For something marketed as high quality and priced accordingly, it should not tarnish or fade after only a few months of normal wear. The design and personalisation are lovely, but the poor durability and long wait times make the overall experience really appalling. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing unless there are significant improvements in both quality and service

My boyfriend surprised me with a necklace for Christmas because he knew I’d been wanting to buy Priya’a jewellery for such a long time. The chain has two pendants, and unfortunately one of them became scratched, I think they may have been rubbing against each other, or it could possibly have been a small manufacturing fault.

That said, the other pendant and the necklace itself are in perfect condition, so the overall quality is clearly very good.

I emailed their customer service team and they responded very quickly. They handled everything so smoothly and kindly, and to my surprise they replaced not just the scratched pendant, but the entire necklace.

I’m really hoping it doesn’t happen again, as this is my first time owning their jewellery. However, I’ve always heard amazing things about their quality, and based on the customer service alone, I’m really impressed.
