My boyfriend surprised me with a necklace for Christmas because he knew I’d been wanting to buy Priya’a jewellery for such a long time. The chain has two pendants, and unfortunately one of them became scratched, I think they may have been rubbing against each other, or it could possibly have been a small manufacturing fault.

That said, the other pendant and the necklace itself are in perfect condition, so the overall quality is clearly very good.

I emailed their customer service team and they responded very quickly. They handled everything so smoothly and kindly, and to my surprise they replaced not just the scratched pendant, but the entire necklace.

I’m really hoping it doesn’t happen again, as this is my first time owning their jewellery. However, I’ve always heard amazing things about their quality, and based on the customer service alone, I’m really impressed.

Affordable beautiful crafted jewellery

I have purchase several items from PRYA and each items has been beautifully made , look really elegant and good value for money.

Beautiful jewellery and customer service that went above and beyond for me. I ordered several rings for my daughter for Christmas and they were all stunning but as she wanted to wear them on different fingers we had to exchange a couple of them. The process was simple and fast and thought then how fantastic it was. Unfortunately, my daughter had gone to Thailand for 4 weeks so was unable to try them on and it’d turns out I’d accidentally ordered her a size smaller than a size bigger! And now we were outside the returns window so she was upset I couldn’t exchange them. I thought I would email them to see if they could make an exception due to my stupidity and if we could just exchange them one more time. My email went answered within minutes with a reply and a lovely lady called Ellie was able to help me resolve my mistake. I couldn’t believe how helpful and kind they were! Their customer service is 10/10 and I will definitely be purchasing from them again. I cannot tell you how refreshing it is to be able to ‘speak’ to a human when there is a problem and not a ChatBot!! Highly recommend for all jewellery needs especially if you have a head like a sieve like me! :)

Firstly, I love Prya jewelleries and I purchased from them in the past and probably will purchase in the future.

However I just had to unsubscribe from their newsletter as I absolutely hate that they making up a fake order scenario hoping that I'll go on the website trying to find when I made that order and they hoping I'll just make a purchase - I guess that's the goal? If you are confident in your jewelleries you don't need these annoying tricks trying to lie to your customers. I don't appreciate being lied to as I didn't order anything and nothing is in preparation, and I've received several email about it specifically asking not to contact customer service - as the order doesn't exist obviously. I think this is disgusting and you made me feel negative about your company.

I ordered my daughter a Arabic style necklace for her birthday from Prya as I wanted a good quality anti tarnish piece, I had seen great reviews so I didnt hesitate to place my order. On arrival as expected the quality of the necklace and the packaging was beautiful.
Not only do they offer excellent quality goods but they keep you updated about your order every step of the way and nothing is to much for them. I will be placing my next order asap :-)

Just ordered a personalised anklet for my girlfriend fo Valentine's Day (this week) which originally said "Next working day" delivery.

However, now I've placed the order & paid, it says "5-7 weeks delivery"!! This is shocking service!

I recently placed an order for some rings on the website.

Yesterday when they arrived I had a small issue with one of the rings so I sent an email over to the team, and already I have a replacement ring on the way!

Both Sharon and Favour were so helpful and the customer service has been outstanding. I love my rings and I’ll definitely be using Prya again for more jewellery!❤️

Beautiful made pearl bracelet with dainty small pearls never take this off. I have bought a few bit of jewellery from Prya now . Always quick delivery . The jewellery is well made and looks expensive for the prices.

The experience was superb from ordering the bracelet to it arriving it was pretty quick and a very happy niece thank you so much.

Received Clara necklace today and I'm so happy with it. I was a little worried it would be too clunky and heavy for me but it's not. It lays round my neck beautifully and is very light and comfortable. Delivery was quick and reasonable priced too. Will definitely be using this company again.

I bought the Celine Amber Earrings.

They are really pretty earrings and they look great. However, I bought two pairs and they both broke around the area of the gold hinge. Each pair broke within 2 months of having them - so unfortunately it’s a 1 star review as this suggests to me they’re made really poorly and not worth buying if they can’t last for even a year.

First time ordering and will definitely order again. Delivery was very good, earrings are gorgeous and packaged so nice, thank you.

I also am so happy with the customer service from every single person I dealt with via email.
I needed a repair job and they replied within the day, with a paid postage label. I then (my mistake) didn't return in time for the postage label to be valid and they so kindly sent and paid for another one.
Very attentive and friendly.
Very happy and will be purchasing from this company again & recommending to others!

I wasn’t prepared for how bad this jewellery would be. The gold colour is clearly not realistic to actual gold. It’s more indicative of something that comes out of a Christmas cracker. The earrings (small teardrops), were so heavy that my daughter said she could not wear them. I tried them, my ears immediately started to itch. During the order process multiple boxes kept popping up asking me to claim my free gift. It was actually impeding on the buying process. In order to clear it, I claimed my “ free” gift, only to discover that I was in fact charged! I was charged for a ring I did not want. I immediately contacted the company with my order number seeking a cancellation and refund and heard nothing back. I contacted again and heard nothing back. And then eventually after several days I received a response to say that they could not deal with my query. I now have a £20 cheap bit of steel with sharp edges that looks like something that came out of a plumbers merchants, a pair of earrings that are unwearable and a necklace that could not pass as gold to the average eye.

Order number 686725 made 31st December still not received 14th January, now after paying €66 for chain and shipping, custom charges are €21, so realistically the product is costing me €87. If i had of known that i would of never purchased the item, you’re seemingly based in the UK €22 euro to come from the UK to Ireland, never ever heard of it or have ever had to pay a custom charge coming from anywhere. PRYA not very helpful just showing on there site where they said they can’t control custom charges if there is one, you know exactly thee will be and it will be for a good some of money. Lets hope the chain is spectacular for all that money. Asked for more details? Im over two weeks waiting on an order coming from a supposed shop in england, then charged in customs €21 euro for a €66 euro chain, i mailed PRYA they could not even use my proper name mailing me back, and said customs was nothing to do with them. In all my time buying stuff from anywhere i have never been charged ever €21 custom fee’s from England to Ireland, PRYA i received an email you are putting last touches to my personalized chain, on that i bought on 31/12/2025, and paid custom charges for. At this point i dont even know what’s happening with my order. I did email you back, instead of refunding my custom charges can i just have a refund? 3 wells later just does not cut it. Please respond to my email. Update this company did reimburse me my postage fee, and say they will give me back 30 per cent of fee i paid as its 3 weeks. I received my chain today honestly i wouldn’t give €20 euro for this, so small so cheap looking you know this cost them literally little of nothing to make, 3 weeks later so disappointed.

I ordered a ring but it was the wrong size, I returned it for a replacement and literally had the new one very quickly!
The jewellery is definitely waterproof which is a huge bonus!
Great jewellery and great customer service! Very impressed and will order again!

I have bought a few items from prya now and the quality is great! No tarnishing after a month wear and hope it stays this way. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for jewellery as I trust the colour wont fade or items wont break ( fingers crossed )
