DON'T FALL FOR THIS

Absolutely shocking; as stated on the website i pay 0.50€ for a result on this "test" (or should i say scam), then they try and take 47.50€ out of the bank the next day. My card is now blocked and i had monthly payments i had to use that card for. I now have to wait for a new card and now pay more for my next subscription as i will miss this months payment. Thanks alot scammers

I want a refund for my money

I want a refund for my money. I was charged with 47,50 euro even if I didn’t want this subscription. I agreed to pay 0,50 euro for a result, not a subscription. Did anyone here had a positive outcome in getting their money back? I cannot believe this kind of scams are made in your face.

Charged Without Consent – Ignored My Immediate Cancellation

I had the exact same experience as many others. I paid around 0.50€ for a simple personality test — nowhere did it clearly state that I would be automatically subscribed and charged 47€ the next day.

The moment I noticed the charge, I immediately contacted their support team, expecting it to be resolved since the offer said you can cancel within 24 hours. I did cancel within that time, but their response was that I was “too late.”

How is that possible? The charge happened today. If this isn’t a scam, then what is?

This behavior is deceptive and unethical. I want my money refunded and hope others are warned before falling into the same trap.

They charge you without consent

Woke up to being charged 47.5€ for a subscription I did not consent to . The price of the service bought and paid was 0.5€ .
I expect a quick response and a refund for the subscription.

I can describe exactly the same as everyone else before me. I paid 0.5 EUR for the personality test, but the next day they deducted another 47 EUR from my account. Customer service was not helpful, I did not get my money back. It is outrageous how they deceive people. Do not click on this site at all!

SCAM – Unauthorized charge without account or warning

I paid 0.50 EUR for a 24-hour trial and never created an account or agreed to any subscription. Yet, days later, I was charged 47.50 EUR without any warning, email, or confirmation. My card even went into negative balance, which normally triggers a notification – but not here. That’s how shady this operation is.

There was some vague bot chat, but no real customer support, and no clarity on if or when I’ll get my money back.

Avoid this site at all costs – it’s a trap. It lures you in with a cheap test and then silently charges your card for a monthly subscription you never agreed to. This is classic scam behavior.

Complete scam

Just like the others, I paid EUR 0.5 for a single test and my debit card got debited for EUR 47.50 the next day. I already cancelled my card but I will pursue them both with An Garda Síochána and also with Europol.
I want no refund, they steal and I want to prevent people losing money to these scammers.

it's clearly a scam

At no point was it clearly stated that a 47€ subscription would be charged after 24 hours. I never created an actual account, never confirmed a payment, and never received any email about being subscribed.

Before Easter, they tried to charge my card and failed. I thought that was the end of it. But today, they successfully charged me 47€, without any warning.

I immediately went to the site and canceled the subscription (I have a screenshot as proof), but I never received any confirmation from them. It’s unacceptable to charge users—especially minors—without clear terms and without their consent.

Unauthorized charge in bank card

Surprised with being charged through my bank card. I am kindly requesting to be refunded for the amount of 47,50 euros that were charged from my bank account through online purchase in my card Without my consent. I had not subscribed for a plan of such amount. The personality test was announced as costing 0,50 euros.
I see that this scam is quite usual, as many people are complaining about this website in customers forums. You won’t go too far with such practices.

Lured into a Subscription, fraud

DO NOT USE YOUR CREDITCARD ON THESE SCAMMERS!!!!
I took the test and was told that I had to pay 0.5 Euro to get it. So I did, not knowing they lured me into a subscription (to what??) of 47.50 Euro monthly. I have mailed them and asked for a refund, because this is trickery.
And as mentioned by others, I hadn't even made an account. How can you subscribed and not have an account.
This is foul play, and they will react politely but the truth is that their business model is clearly based on 'smoke and mirrors' and cashing at least 47.50 Euro's from a filled in test.
Refund me the 47.50 and confirm that I have cancelled the subscription cause that ain't clear either on the site.
EDIT: I did unsubscribe in the 24 hours with the button on the site, but I am sure Psality did not unsubscribe (how can they without account) and in the terms is stated that you have to send a mail to unsubscribe.
Done, but no confirmation.
So i take my losses and blocked the card and asked for a new one. That way they can not charge me more monthly.

Yesterday I did a test here, which looked free of course, after finishing it, I got info that I need to pay 50 cents to get the result, I paid it. ANd today I have been charged for 47,50 euro. I didn't want to be subscribed, I even didn't see any question about it.
It looks like scam, your webpage propose the test and after 24h you take Money from the account.
It's unbelievable to pay 48 euro for the few questions.
it's unfair, it's scam.
I need the refund. I already chat with some bot or real consultant, she answered that refund can't be proceed, because I made a registration. I did not!!!
Usually you need to put your personal info to fill up the page, to confirm information and subscription. But it's impossible to make a subscription after paying 50 cents. Sh8TTY webpage. People came here to your website to help themself, to understand themself and you charging in 24h for 48euro. If you want money, just add information on the main page that it costs 10euro for the test and people will pay them, but not in such way. I am so disappointed that website from UK or FR can be soo unfair.!!!!

SCAM ! Shame on you !

Shame on you!
I came for a €0.50 personality test and saw that they took €47.50 from my bank account.
And I've seen many similar reviews.
They scam and steal money from people.
I never received any information about signing up for an automatic subscription.
I don't even have a password for my so-called user account on this site.
How can you sign up for a paid subscription without being notified by email of a payment confirmation or anything else?
How can you be a subscriber without having an account to log in?
Shame on you! This is clearly a scam.

They ruined my life.

I'm a student with $50 monthly allowance on food, and this site took everything from me. Yesterday I bought a cheap $0.50 test results, (IT DID NOT STATE THAT IM BUYING A SUBSCRIPTION TRANSPARENTLY) I checked today on diffrent account and it really does not say that you will be charged more, you have to acctually read the terms and conditions of the site to acknowledge it.

My card got declined today while buying lunch food, So Im here starving. And I will be hungry for the next 3 weeks just because of this company. I am graduating next month and I might have to skip school alot now to work and make money for food, but even then, the job pays monthly. I dont know how I will survive the next 3 weeks with $4 dollars in my bank and almost no food in fridge. Thanks for maybe ruining my life. I know it might be useless asking for a refund but please if you have some morality and humanity in you, I really beg you for a refund. I have no one to help me with the food as I live alone. I also have a cat so Im using my last $4 to buy cat food for her. I will be left with absolutly nothing.

Unfortunately I have also fell to this same scam and get charged 95€. This website has some personality test that you sign up, who knows how, to pay monthly charge of 47.50€ and it will be a monthly continuous charge after. When you ask for a refund, it's not possible
