SCAM! careful with this site. They lure you in with a 0,50 € one-off fee for a test, then sneak a massive 47,50 € monthly subscription into the fine print (I would have never signed up for this had... See more

Scam. As the other reviews state below, they are stealing people's money without shame, and it's disgusting.

Complete scam. Same as everyone else, I was only told of a charge of €0.50 which I accepted and then 24 hrs later they took €47.50 without asking. I think they don't expect you to notice. I emailed them about it and they said it was a 24 trial and if I didn't cancel they charge the full subscription. None of this was presented to me beforehand.

Same as everyone else. I’m a student and was charged the €47,50.- fee after paying €0,50.-. They keep apologizing, but don’t respond to mail. I don’t understand after so many complaints you haven’t changed, oh… it’s a scam

Reply from Psality
Scam, they ask for 0.50 then they start a subscription of 47.30.

Scam. They lie about instant results. Listed email address on contact page is a gmail address. Stay away.

Reply from Psality
They do not notify you before you start taking one of their tests that accessing the results is not free—they then ask for as little as €0.50 to show you the results. The big trick – they don't enclose this clearly only bottom of page in small and faint letters – is that they also start a subscription immediately (for a monthly fee of €48), which they charge you after 24 hours. Like other scam services, they do not offer a refund. Easy, keep away. There are other sites and initiatives online that provide personality tests for free, understanding that spreading awareness is more important than money. Avoid giving them your trust, as they are undeserving of that.

I do not recommend this service. The unsubscribe page is not functional, making it impossible to cancel the subscription. Additionally, it is not clearly stated that the charge is €0.5 per 24 hours, which I consider an unfair business practice. While customer support responds quickly, the resolution so far does not meet the standards of fair treatment.

Took money from me just before Christmas. They get you to think your paying 50p for a personality test and in less than 24 hours they take £47.50 from your account. If you've been caught out by this company, contact your bank, freeze your account, change your card details.

A FRAUD, I wanted the results for a test for 0.5€ I and they "subscribed" me for the month for 47€ of something that I don’t know… and now I don’t know how to cancel this fu**** subscription I didn’t ask for!!!! I will go to the police to report this and the website.

Scam, wanted the results for a test for 0.5 USD I think and they "subscribed" me for the month for 47 USD and now I'm not sure if the cancellation works or do I need to cancel the card or SMTH

FRAUDULENT!
same bad experience as many before me-this fraudulent team tried withdraw 47.50€ from my account- while I didn't sign up for anything- but only purchased a test for 0.50€.
i will undertake legal actions if they try to withdraw
please be sure I will take legal actions if they try to withdraw again.

After paying what is meant to be a small one-time fee for receiving the results of the test (0.50 EUR) after 24hrs I got charged an additional 47.50 EUR because apparently 0.50 EUR is just paying for a "free 24-hour trial period". The issue is, it isn't said anywhere that you must cancel something to avoid getting charged. After contacting support through e-mail they play dumb about issuing a refund saying the usual stuff, basically telling you that "You could've read more carefully".
NOT recommended.
Stay away from this scam.

The website fake . The next day, they withdrew £47.50. I received a fraud alert from the bank, and I'm currently speaking with them because my card is blocked.

I suspect fraudulent activity related to this company. I bought 1 online test and they have been attempting to charge me 47Eur monthly although I did not sign up and I wrote them an email as soon as they tried this the first time. They confirm they will not attempt again but yet they did. I will take legal actions if this happens again.

It's a scam. Like others, I paid 50p for a personality test, only to be charged £47.50 days later. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. I'm currently working with my bank to get it back and make sure no other payments are taken by these fraudsters!!!!!!

Reply from Psality
Scam - you pay for a once off test and they then deduct 47.50 a few days later

SCAM
Same many others , authorised payment of €0.50 then was charged €47 without any authorisation and no receipt for same. Had to cancel card. It’s a complete scam ! They are making a fortune and sending generic “we are at your disposal by email’ responses ! Don’t bother responding you are CRIMINALS ! Please avoid this site !

Reply from Psality
The same thing happened to me. When you pay the 50c they make it seem like it’s a once off payment as there are two separare buttons. The conditions really aren’t clear. In addition they don’t send monthly invoices, in fact 0 communication after “registration”so this charge remains hidden for longer. In my case 4 months. Furthermore they send ONE email confirming registration and at the bottom of the mail it says: “ You received this email following your registration on Personality. If you wish to cancel your registration, contact us.“ NOTHING about subscription. Also note how they have 2 names: Personality and Psality.
I’ll try to fight them on it but I might have to cut my losses. I’ve cancelled my registration as they call it but didn't receive any confirmation so I’ll have to get a new bank card. Moral of the story: check every single platform and business before entering your card details online. These kind of practices are rife and really make me feel disillusioned with society. Absolutely gutted.

Paid something like 50p for a test only to find I've been signed up for a £40 a month subscription? And it would repeat if I hadn't noticed it, on top of that I had no reminder or notification via email of this payment. Scamming people out of a fair chunk of change in times like these is disgusting.
