Mac is cheater ,scammer ,biggest fraud brand ,first he sold me $25000/- black pso rite 600unit then he confiscated all unit by saying buy back inventory and he dosent reply email or not phone call
He is biggest fraud man he chet to an innocent party like me
I have all proof of his sent email and his phone no by confiscating my $25000/- inventory

They sent us to KN trading which is there fake company who looted 11,500 USD from us and never respond us back with any of the inventory.
no one responded back to us from PSO rite as well, bunch of fraudsters

Worst company to deal with as a re-seller. Directed us to a fraudulent company (KN TRADING) to purchase their goods. They also cannot be bothered to respond to emails and calls. Ripping sellers off their hard-earned money and selling over-priced cheap quality products.

Let me preface this by saying I don’t even have the product yet..ok now that that’s out of the way let me explain why I’m leaving a 5 star review..

I found myself victim to a scam (boneheaded mistake on my end) and reached out to the real pso-rite about the matter. They in fact were the ones that alerted me to what had happened to me and after checking it out for myself, realized the company I was dealing with wasn’t in fact the actual pos-rite company!

I reached out to that company (fake company) and didn’t hear a response. The REAL pso-rite representatives replied to each of my emails WITHIN minutes even though I wasn’t their paying customer!!

They guided me throughout the whole process and ensured I received their products. They literally kept in touch with me throughout the entire day until I was taken care of.

For an online company to spend that much time with a person that hadn’t even technically done business with them is ASTONISHING. The level of customer service and their fast response time tells me everything I need to know about the people who run this company.

They didn’t have to respond to me , or try and make things right. They did because they believed it was the right thing to do and that speaks volumes about the company’s values. They’ve earned a customer for life and I will definitely be buying more products and referring people to them as soon as I get my hands on my Pso-Rite!

Complete scammer. We returned about $7k worth of products and they never gave us a refund. We will open a case in court and destroy PSO Rite brand.

Not received the item that I ordered. Contacted customer service department but they are not bothered. Very poor service. Would not recommend at all.

Substandard product. Poor quality. First use broken. Customer service useless.

Absolutely disgusted by this business. Yes I feel I’ve been catphised and ashamed of myself for being a click bait twaddle! Paid £21.98 - £19.99 for one ball and £1.99 postage. Now they are £16.99 for a family lack! Within a week of my purchase that’s 2 more balls! And, get this return will cost me £10.00 admin fee and they deduct the post. Yep… well and truely fell there hook line and sinker. To me, that is not good business and not a genuine company tactic. Yep my fault totally and utterly and I will suck up the total waste if £22.00 safe in the knowledge that this honest yet firm review will sort here in hope somebody else reads it and isn’t a Walter like me!

Yep, a little annoyed at myself and yep, I feel a little bit better now.

Edit: Apparently if you post a negative review about this company they remove your account from the server. So not only is the product absolutely terrible, but if you speak out about such a thing they render your purchase useless. My nephews were using the app because let’s face it, it’s not for adults because the mechanism of the entire thing is a joke, but imagine you pay such an extortionate price and then get banned for speaking out about it. First of all, their website lies about the premise of this product having a “unique chip”. Absolute waffle. There’s no such thing. It counts the punches via the microphone on your phone (which isn’t accurate).

Secondly, if you want to compete against friends or family, you can’t do so because the room has to be in complete silence (and when is that ever going to happen?) it’s just not feasible.

This is a gimmick and a massive con!! the founder Victor Eriksson will not refund me and told me he has customers queuing to buy this product and can't understand what i don't like about it. He told me to not buy things just to return them. He also charges you another £6 per item plus £10 admin charge if you manage to get a return. I’ve emailed asking for the return address but he won’t give it.

I ordered this in the hope of entertainment for the kids.... its a rubbery ping pong on a string and they do not refund you.... and take it very personally. Never known customer service like it.... the founder replying to emails ... barking at you as to why on earth you would want to return them.... massive red flag!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!AVOID!!!!!!!

I seen the advertisement on Instagram on the boxbollen and thought oh that would be great fun. I went in the Boxbollen website and seen they had the 20% off the family pack and thought I might as well have that.
I receive it no problem, but I wanted to return it as my mum had already bought it. I looked at their returns policy and thought wow! These people are con artists. Around Xmas time companies usually give an extended period for returns due to doubled presents etc. They allow 7-14 days return. But on their website they state they won’t accept returns on sale items. They charge you £6 for each item that’s returned and £10 admin fee! And there was even more!
Even their customer service was bad for the so-called Co-Founder

I’d rather put people off buying

I made a recent purchase with Pso-rite, while they had a sale. While waiting on my items, they announced a bigger sale, so I contacted customer service. They are happy to give me the higher discount and refund me part of my payment.

Most companies wouldn't do this, but this was a great experience! I can't wait to try my Pso-Rite and get my fitness back on track!
