Treating customers like crap

The total lack of communication is the biggest disappointment!!!
I get it - there was some sort of an error or what ever the reason may be, but to just blatantly ignore the customers and not provide any additional information ???? Really ?!?!?!?!
The store can be as legit as it gets - this is nonsense!!!
You DO NOT treat the people that trusted you like this.

Ok people that are still scared,don't be .... This shop is legit...and they will send back the money,after the ask the formulation that is in the webpage it did took around 2 weeks max for me to receive the money.....So I say that they did a good job,since probably they did not even got the supply they expect from Sony....so yes 5 stars the handle comple chaos ....and they are legit

Gave you plenty of chance,but now it's done!!

On the 28th of October I ordered my playstation 5 for a total cost of 499 euros. I done this through the PS online webshop ,which seemed very legit, looked professional and even got a order Confirmation. Seeing as I ordered for the 2nd batch of playstation 5,my order was expected to be delivered mid December. The website promised a newsletter to tell us about how things were going with the orders of the playstations. Sadly we never received any information or any news letter.

With time passing by I decided to look on the truss pilot website to find out what are the reviews for PSOnline were like! That's when I realised that I made a very big mistake!!

Sad to see so many people have been disappointed by the false promises of this company. Corona might have had a big impact with the orders but then you should as company have the decency to send every person a reaction on how far the order is or the reason why they are not receiving the order. Hard working people who work hard for the money have been ripped off, and this just before Christmas. All I can say is that I hope that this is resolved soon that the money will be restored back on my account. I waited until today to do a police report.

Still no answer,I have filed a report,hope that this will be sorted out very soon. An absolute zero for service and for quality!

Do NOT buy from this site

My boyfriend ordered a ps5 a couple of weeks ago. Wanted to cancel it because he got suspicious. No answer via mail or phone. Do NOT buy from this site, it’s a scam.

Do not buy anything from this site

If you expect to receive products bought via this webshop to be delivered at the day agreed upon or when delayed to be able to contact their "uitstekende" customer support (which translates to splendid), do NOT order your product here.

They closed their telephone line and won't even reply to your mails. They even don't have the audacity to e-mail you with concrete information when you can expect the delivery.

A lot of people didn't receive their Playstation 5's after 19 november 2020 in which they created a Discord-channel in order to make communications transparent but acts as a proxy communication channel and is moderated by person's in between (also duped customers so to speak but non-verifiable). But the only things that are being communicated in this channel are yet again agreements which ar not kept and shady reasons why it couldn't be kept:
- promises that the PS5 would be delivered / receive a track and trace email on the days after November 19th, then on 26th, then again on December 10th and now December 20th.
- Promises that everyone would be called back by last week when they fill in a "call-back form" the week before, but most of us haven't even been called back yet. According to them they already finished half of 500 calls, but then coming with excuses that most phone calls were like taking half an hour. Sorry not going to buy that one. With only finishing 250 calls within 2 weeks....what kind of support is that. Thats only 25 calls per workday. Even my mother makes more phonecalls than that.
- reasons why it is taking so long because of blockages of their bank account and that they have enough Playstation 5's in stock but they have problems with the posting companies
- Posting pictures of their stock room with lots of unopened boxes in the background with post-its of "PS5" and opening one in the foreground with a PS5 inside.... But not posting a video opening multiple boxes to make this more legit and replying with "being tired to come up with evidences". Yeah that picture could be made by everyone with access to post-its and a stockroom with boxes and 1 PS5.
And it is your duty to show people evidence when you received money from them but not deliver the product if you truly are that good of a support.

For those who have already been duped I recommend to file in a report to the police. These kind of malignant webshops cannot be allowed to do further business this way.

I paid for my Ps5 I have tried to call them for 2 weeks now.No one picks neither do they respond to emails.I need the PS5 to travel with it for my Son's Bday on 17th December.I don't know how to proceed.

SCAM? They don’t answer me at all

I am still in shock because I should have come here and check the reviews before to pay 500 euros for the new PS5. After the payment was confirmed (back to end of October), I managed to talk to their customer service and they advised me to call back in December to know when I would have it delivered. For my surprise they don’t receive phone calls anymore and neither answer to my e-mails. I’ve also checked their page with more detail and realized that they don’t have profiles on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram - they just posted an icon of each social network and a link to each platform main page. If I don’t get a response by next Monday, I will report them to the police and contact my bank.

I pre-ordered a ps5 on September 18th…

I pre-ordered a ps5 on September 18th paid in full with Ideal, a week before the launch I called them to change the shipping address and after two hours of waiting I was able to speak to someone who also confirmed to me that they receive my ps5 no later than November 25th, it didn't happen but I'm still confident but if by December 15th I will have nothing I will go to court with much regret, I hope to receive some news from psonline.shop

Pre Order Scam Deposits

Pre Order Scam Deposits - not at all!

I pre-ordered my PS5 on the day they were available to pre-order and paid my €100. Unfortunately my daughter decided she wanted an X Box Series X so I requested a refund.

I received an immediate response, and as promised, the €100 was refunded to my credit card.

For those who are crying scam, think again please. Why take, then refund my money when requested?

The only issues, as we are seeing with Nvidia RTX 3080’s and AMD RX 6800 XT’s is a massive demand compared to supply.

Be patient!! I pre-ordered Cyberpunk 2077, and where is that? Wait and don’t blame those who are doing their upmost to give you what you ordered.
