Moving to South Africa
Since we contact PSS for an estimate we experienced good service, good communication and no phone call was felt unnecessary. They have guided us through the whole process. On the day of removal they arrived on the agreed time. Neil's crew was friendly, polite and work was done in a orderly manner with lots of patience, being professional and took good care of our belongings. The spirit between the crew was notice and it made us feel at ease. Great Company! Thank you PSS International Removals!

Extremely helpful and professional
Everyone from our initial contact to our move manager and the crew who turned up to pack our belongings and take them away was super-helpful. The packing crew was especially good, professional and reassuring and clearly experienced in packing anything and everything. They worked with good humour, kept us informed of what they were doing at all times and were a credit to PSS.

Never any intention to meet timescale
Took over 6 months to get our belongings with no explanation or compensation for the delay. Sat in the UK for a month without moving despite being given an estimate of 10-12 weeks. There was never any intention to meet that timescale. Customer service was zero out of 10.

PSS has been very good from start to finish…
PSS has been very good from start to now just after removal date. The process is quite organised and there are plenty of people backing up. The coordinator for the preparation to the move was particularly good. Different staff are involved at different stages. The removal crew were fast, careful and efficient. The only improvement I would suggest is that a message is sent to the client before or early on the day of the removal to let them know what time they are arriving. The spec said 7:30am to 4pm, but they didn't arrive until after 9:30 and no message was sent untill I called the office at 9:00. A systematic update on the day of the removal would be easy to arrange and very helpful for clients.

Amazing and Highly Recommended
Professional, friendly and efficient, this company really knows their business well. They are on time, responsive and just incredibly efficient overall, not to mention patient with me because it is my first time dealing with international movers. They delivered boxes, they sent packing material and tape too! They then picked them up from my residence, sent me windows which this would occur, sent detailed instructions for each step. They deliver door to door which is amazing. I really highly recommend them to anyone who wants to move anywhere. I have already recommended them to friends for moving abroad. A happy customer
From the initial phone call, to enquire about quotes and packing and collection etc, to the moment the 2 men (who came to do the work the next day!) packed all the stuff into a van took less than 24 hours and they were ALL honest, kind, speedy and super professional. I couldn't believe how simple and easy it all was for such a good price!
I'd happily recommend PSS International Removals and I will definitely be using their services again :)
