Waste of time
Waste of time. Looked on their website and advised covered certain countries. Turns out that this isn’t accurate or true, website is out of date/or not accurate, despite it being advertised in serval places on there. Don’t waste your time find someone else. Updated to advice that the response to the review has totally missed the point. I am sending from the UK to overseas so to state and I quote "Our baggage shipping service currently operates from the UK to overseas destinations only." misses the point entirely of what has been written in the review by myself.

I was dealing with PSS from afar. Austin was quick to respond to e mails and sorted things efficiently. Staff managed the drop off boxes and pick up of our household items with ease. Worked well...have used PSS before and they were just as good second time around!

Having recently used PSS to move the contents of my accommodation, From London to Spain, I want to warn People it was not a happy experience.
PSS appeared to be a reliable company, with many years experience in international removals.
What was not made clear was that they do not actually carry out the entire contract themselves. They subcontract the job to other “partners”. This makes it difficult to resolve issues or communicate with other companies.
The cardboard boxes that PSS supplied were not really strong enough, resulting in some split and damaged cases. Luckily no contents were damaged or lost, due to careful packing.
It took one month for the shipment to reach it’s destination.
The ‘partner company in Spain was DHL . What a disaster ! There was considerable delay with Spanish customs, despite having filled in all the necessary forms and documentation, in advance.
PSS was contacted frequently, as I requested information or news on when I might receive my boxes.
PSS were not very helpful, saying it was DHL who might be able to help, with information.
DHL were almost impossible to communicate with.
Their on line chat did not work! They did not reply to emails or respond to phone calls.
PSS seemed to have wiped their hands of any responsibility and just kept saying its in DHL’s hands.
Having originally contracted the job with PSS I feel they should have shown more care and consideration in handling my concerns and worries about my boxes.
To PSS they were just boxes, to collect and send to Spain, where someone else could deal with them.
To Me they were the contents of my Life.
The whole experience was extremely stressful and upsetting.

Disappointed
The movers were professional but the administrative side has been terrible. We were sent, and chased for, invoices we had already paid, we had multiple contact points despite the sales pitch of a 'dedicated move manager' and were charged additional storage despite it not being explained to us or PSS International being able to show us where we had agreed to it. Overall really disappointed.

My Experience with PSS was absolutely fantastic from my initial consult and quote all the way through to the pick up of my belongings but what really made the whole experience great was being handled by the best customer service I have ever experienced

I’ve had a fantastic experience with Helen and Rachel at PSS Removals. They’ve both been incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive throughout the process of arranging my two overseas shipments.
