This products sucks, constantly brokes down and its always your fault, simply dont buy this piece of crap. And besides the store and costumer service are rude and terrible.

Rubbish service rubbish product rubbish attitude.
Company so crap, I don't know what to say. Beside having a product that constantly breaks and when you go to the shop the attitude is like you the one who broke it. And if you want a exchange the finish a line of product so you have to buy another, what got me the most was the product was bought for as a present and because of this its not under my name so iqos have to be difficult about servicing me, so because of my experience with iqos I will no longer buy anything from them nor will I say good about them.
