They delayed my order three times and kept changing the shipping date. Every time I asked for an update, I had to chase them first because they didn’t communicate properly. When I asked to cancel the order, they kept saying they would ship it “tomorrow,” but nothing was confirmed and I still received no proper tracking or update.

I asked multiple times and kept getting the same reply “we’re going to ship it.” Honestly, I would not recommend buying from them. Also, check their tiktok a lot of the comments look suspicious and maybe their fake accounts.

Reply. If u wanna say delayed, u can just email me but instead you kept on promising me and then vanished on delivery date, no information on the delivery day, no tracking, now ur reply make it look like im the one at fault here

Though the prices are a little higher than normal, it is a small business, trying to make a living and giving out more money than you take in isn't smart business practices. That being said, the videos posted on social media are always cherry picked to show the best pulls and very misleading. Ive made three orders, and will be posting the second and third order on my social media page. Suggest paying a little extra for shipping to avoid unwanted anxiety.

I like it how they show what we can get for a good amount of money and how it just feels like a good environment if it was not a online store

Bought the modern graded pack. All Japanese cards. Also bought the 5 mystery booster packs. 2/5 of them were English. Very disappointed. Payed $169 to get maybe $50 of value. Obviously that’s what you get when you buy mystery packs but I’d expect a little more closer to the value I payed.

Will advertise english cards 100% of the time in their videos but will only send you Japanese. Their prices are outrageous and beyond scalper levels.

I bought 3x “Pokémon Booster Pack BUNDLE (1995–2026)”.

The product page for this specific surprise box shows a great variety of booster packs, ranging from vintage sets to more recent releases. While I completely understand that the contents are random and that no specific packs can be guaranteed, I did expect a bit more variety across my three orders.

Unfortunately, all three bundles contained only relatively easy-to-find booster packs from sets released within the past year (Ninja Spinner, Mega Symphonia, Mega Brave, and Perfect Order). In addition, all of the extra (un)commons and the two rare cards included were Japanese cards with essentially no value.

Considering the cost of around €19 per order, I did not feel that I received good value for money. More importantly, the experience did not feel as special or exciting as you would expect from a surprise concept like this. I could have easily bought the same booster packs for less than €10 per order at a local store.

To be clear, I was not expecting extremely rare vintage packs or guaranteed high-value pulls. However, some more variation between the bundles would have made the experience much more enjoyable and better aligned with the product presentation.

The only positive point is that everything was packaged very well, with the packs properly protected and sleeved.

I really enjoyed the order. I ordered the 80$ full art pack, and I got a bunch of really nice cards. Even though I didn't profit the cards looked really nice and the experience of opening it made up for it! Would definitely order once more

I bought y’all’s master ball surprise and it only came with 2 vintage cards ( supposed to be 3) and one of those vintage is to damaged pealing edges and a big crease in half the card this is very bad business

I am actually writing this, because i get a reward in-app, but IT IS very cool, especially BECAUSE of the reward Points. There are also mamy discounts

It has ok discounts and u need luck they should at least make it 20% or 25%

Ordered 3 mystery boxes and got the value of one without the promised free booster box. Received some credit for losses to reorder additional items which I am still chasing on after a month. Will keep monitoring and updating.
