I really enjoyed the order

I really enjoyed the order. I ordered the 80$ full art pack, and I got a bunch of really nice cards. Even though I didn't profit the cards looked really nice and the experience of opening it made up for it! Would definitely order once more

They will send you damaged cards

I bought y’all’s master ball surprise and it only came with 2 vintage cards ( supposed to be 3) and one of those vintage is to damaged pealing edges and a big crease in half the card this is very bad business

Terrible experience overall

Ordered 3 mystery boxes and got the value of one without the promised free booster box. Received some credit for losses to reorder additional items which I am still chasing on after a month. Will keep monitoring and updating.

Update1: I appreciate the genuine response and will update when I receive my package

Update2: kept chasing on when this will be delivered and kept saying “this week” for the last three weeks! Will update if and when this happens!

I'm really sorry — this has clearly been a frustrating experience, and a month of chasing down store credit is way longer than it should ever take. That's on us, not you.

I've pulled up your order and I'm getting a replacement shipped out this week to make up for the missing booster box and the shortfall in value. I'm also escalating the outstanding credit issue directly so it actually gets resolved instead of leaving you waiting again — you'll hear from me personally once it's sorted, not just a generic update.

I know trust has to be re-earned here, so once the replacement and credit are both squared away, I'd really appreciate it if you'd consider updating your review to reflect that we made it right. No pressure at all if you'd rather wait and see first — just know we're on it.

Purchased the $500 Silver Mystery…

Purchased the $500 Silver Mystery Pokemon Bundle. Got this on a deal for under $400, should be pretty nice, pretty good deal right? Got 3 mega EX boxes, each valued about $40-45, a tin at $50, and a booster bundle about $45.....in total about $220 value....for what is supposed to be a $500 bundle....Oh, and a BATMAN funko pop, not pokemon, not TCG, a funko pop of batman. What are we even doing here.

That's a completely fair thing to be frustrated about — a Batman Funko Pop definitely has no place in a Pokémon mystery bundle, and the total value you received falls well short of what a $500 bundle should deliver, even at your discounted price.
