The Worst Internet Connection I have ever used In My Life...
The word internet connection I have ever used in my life. They installed my connection and after two days, I started facing frequent disconnection. And this diconnection was occurring after every 5 minutes. They did not resolve my issue, I submitted 10 complaints and first complaint was just after 2 days of installation. and at the end of the month they send me full bill while the internet was at worse condition.
This was my 3rd connection. I would never ask for 3rd but they claimed that we have new sumbrine cable and we have no internet issue now. That's why I said I should try.
But they keep disappointing. Their support agent don't help at all except just copy pasting their messages.
Don't waste your time by using this Internet. Internet is like a water and they don't know how to improve their services.

PTCL / Flash Fiber / Pathetic Service
We got PTCL Flash Fiber installed just a week ago for my office in Gulberg Main Market, Lhr, and it’s already turning into a nightmare. The internet stopped working entirely, and our office operations have been on hold since. Despite multiple complaints and calls to their helpline, there’s been no action taken. No team visit, no follow-up, nothing.
The installation itself was done by an unprofessional and incompetent team. The connection quality is terrible, with signal power around -27dB — far below what’s acceptable for a fiber connection. It’s frustrating to see such poor service, especially when time and work are being lost.
To put things in perspective — I used Transworld in my previous office for over a year and didn’t face a single issue. And even if something minor came up, their team was on-site within 1–2 hours. That’s the level of service one expects and pays for.

But when technical team made a visit they clearly said that this location has no more capacity for the new connection i beg them to install new connection at any cost but they denied and left..and again i tried to connect with mr waqas to do something but he said we have no other solution but we will return your money after 3 month..its a return policy..no support from 1218 or any other way..unprofessional and irresponsible management..

If I could give zero stars, I would. PTCL Flash Fiber is the most useless, slow, and unreliable internet I have ever used. For 5 months, I had terrible speeds and constant disconnections, and despite countless complaints, they did NOTHING to fix it.
When I finally decided to cancel this pathetic excuse for a service, they hit me with random, unfair extra charges. And guess what? You can’t cancel online you must physically go to their office, wasting more time and they charge you extra money when you ask why they don't know the reason and they keep saying it is PTCL we just work here, like hell we know it's Pakistan and it's a government company. what to expect.

I had an incredibly frustrating and exhausting experience with PTCL's retention team during my attempt to close my internet service.
First, they asked me to submit an online application — which I did. Then, they told me to call them, but when I called, they told me to submit the modem. After submitting the modem, they asked me to call again for service closure. This time, they said I needed to clear a bill of RS13,800 at their office. I went to the office and paid the amount, but when I called again, they suddenly claimed I owed Rs5,800 more due to a "delay."
The truth is, the delay wasn’t on my end — the retention team wasn’t even answering calls during their duty hours. I have proof of all these interactions.
It feels like they intentionally misguide customers to create unnecessary delays and pile up extra charges. This is dishonest, unfair, and unacceptable. I urge anyone dealing with this company to be extremely cautious — and I hope they take strict action against such unethical practices.

I was advised to replace my device, which I did, but the problem persisted. The service was finally restored after two weeks, causing significant disruption.
When I requested bill adjustments for the 20 days of service outage, I was sent in circles—calling 1218 repeatedly and visiting the franchise multiple times. Each time, I was asked to "call back later" or "visit another day." In the end, PTCL refused to adjust my bill and charged me the full amount, along with taxes, for a service I did not receive.
PTCL has completely failed to provide reliable internet, fair billing, and responsive customer support. If the company is unable to deliver basic connectivity, it should stop misleading the people of Pakistan. The level of service is third-class, and using PTCL feels like living in the stone age. This is not a service—it’s a blatant exploitation of customers. PTCL must either drastically improve its services or shut down its operations instead of deceiving users with false promises.

PTCL Kamoke (Gujranwala) is the worst internet provider I have ever used. The connection is extremely slow, keeps disconnecting, and is totally unreliable. It’s impossible to work, stream, or even browse properly.
What makes it even worse is their terrible customer service. I have been complaining every single day, but no one bothers to come and fix my issue. They keep making excuses and never take action. It’s clear they don’t care about their customers at all.

PTCL Is the worst internet in the world. The funny thing is that they are still using copper cables for the internet connections. I have 10mpbs connection and trust me is so bad that i cant even watch video at 720p without any buffering. i am receving 7mbps out of 10mpbs. Truly the worst internet i have ever used They are offering fiber connections but only to the well developed areas in Pakistan. In my city where i live my place still haven't got PTCL flash fiber i don't to waste any more of my time ranting about how shit there internet is and I will be going to the Storm Fiber soon.

I am highly disappointed with the recent experience I’ve had with PTCL. Despite not using the internet for the last five months and depositing the device at their office, I have received an unjustified bill. My original monthly bill was only around 3,000 PKR, but the new bill amounts to 11,000 PKR, which is completely incorrect.
