World Worst Internet Service Company. I Purchased 6mb package and Hardly 2mb speed available And less then 1 mb uploading speed. I Hope I would Slap this Shi**y company. Just Install Any local cal Fiber Company's Internet and Trust me It would be Better then this Hel*.

They trap you first with low charges…

They trap you first with low charges then will increase bills after some months aur ab hud he ho gai hai increasing bills after every 2nd month. Now it became unaffordable. Will disconnect soon. Not recommended to anyone.

i wish something was not wrong with ptcl but to be honest, everrything is wrong, bunch of corrupt workers and lazy linemen, worst and slowest service, i have a 4 lakh rupee phone but can't get fiber because it's not available in my area plus broadband only goes upto 6mb.... #SayNoToPTCL

Worst INTERNET OF PK

It is a scam .I am a gamer and never in my life it has given me ping les then 400.In whole month just one day ping is less then 100.No matter how much time you complain it will not give you speed.

Horrible service in Clifton Office. Untrained staff. Dont want to help you. I have been there two times and came back dejected. I just wanted to recharge my Social hero card.

Worlds worst customer support team

Worlds worst customer support team, Pathetic customer service, Called customer support stayed on the line for 30 mins. I was put on hold for most of the time as the agent was trying to waist my time as he was not interested in resolving my issue.

When is requested the next agent to log a complaint for the agent prior and kindly share the complaint ID so I can follow up, To this she replied this is an internal process therefor their is no complaint number, furthermore I questioned how can I follow-up on this complaint to this she confirmed their is no way to do that.

To be honest it was a simple billing related issue, I have purchased a SET TOP BOX for my TV services for PKR 6000 upfront however, now PTCL wants to charge me installment for something that I have already paid for upfront so basically they want to over charge me now.
