I was looking for a court case filed by…Jerry Stephen Smith, age 62
I was looking for a court case filed by Jerry Stephen Smith age 62 against a eviction I filed against him in August of last year. His attorney requested it be move to another court, but it was never filed. I was told to file the eviction again. So I did same thing happened again, and nothing has been again. He lied about some thing he said to judge,but judge said move case again. Guess what I could find nothing about moving either case being filed.Iis there a time limit for filing in another court?
