I had misunderstood when I originally…

I had misunderstood when I originally signed up what the charge was. I thought I was paying $1 for a one time search. I saw $31 appear on my bank account and realized I hadn't read carefully. My contact today, asked if I wanted to close my account and I said "Yes". They closed my account within seconds and I'm satisfied how easy it was. Thank You.

Cancelled account and request a refund

Cancelled account and request a refund, was told same day refund was sent. They DEBITED my bank account NOT refunded it and keep telling me to "call my bank." My bank sat on the phone with them for over 30 mins and explained what the bank showed and the "Andy Wright #1040" STILL keeps sending The same response OVER AND OVER telling me to contact my bank, they send me the same response each time I ask for an update that "account was closed and refunded" it was NOT. Account was sent for supervisor review and have heard NOTHING and when I email or call I'm told to "contact my bank." I will... to file a dispute for fraudulent charges since this company has done NOTHING to help!!!

Great customer service

Great customer service.
I contacted the help chat as I couldn't cancel my publicrecords account. They were able to quickly help and close the account. They also reimbursed charges as I don't remember signing up for a subscription. They were fast to help and very understanding.
