I received a fraud alert from my bank…
I received a fraud alert from my bank today. I never gave this company. My bank information never signed up for any service. Never signed up for any subscription. And yet I received a charge yesterday and a month ago. I never received any records from them either. It was $61 total. I also never received any emails from them explaining or confirming any charges from them.Thank goodness we caught it in time but I had to cancel my credit card. Totally fraudulent company.

I did not realise that this was an ongoing subscription based service, after seeing enough of this recurring charges on my bank account. I needed a report and didn't realize I had signed up for an account with recurring payments, I guess I didn't pay close enough attention. Well when I realized I couldn't afford the account, I came online to cancel. Timothy was the customer service chat agent that helped me today. He handled exactly what I needed.
