So I took the time to read through everything including limitations on locations that this was available to me as I live in Rural SA but all I could find was about any property listed on real estate or domain. Because of this, I thought I would go through the process of preapproval and only after answering all of the questions did it state that "Due to high demand, PublicSquare is currently only available to customers buying homes in Southeast Queensland. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. When we launch in your area, you will be the first to know." If this was something that was advised to start off with, I would not have bothered. I was looking forward to hopefully doing business with them in hope of moving into our own home sooner as we are almost at the end of our lease however this is not going to happen. Kinda got my hopes up!

PublicSquare really helped us to get our dream home, when the property market was/is the worst it's been for a long time.

PublicSquare assisted us with this and put forward offers for properties we loved. After finding the perfect home for us Jarrod negotiated the price and our offer was accepted. PublicSquare then set up all our utilities which allowed us to move into our home with ease.

We would 100% recommend PublicSquare to anyone looking to purchase a home. There are no hidden costs or deceptive information. They are honest blokes who are there to assist you in making your dream a reality. Impeccable customer service and a really amazing business model.

Not only do I recommend PublicSquare, Jarrod and Dean, I believe that they have a model, style, process and organisational focal point that is best in market.

Trust me, I have thoroughly researched, explored, investigated and spoken with companies in this arena for a number for either my extended family and more recently myself.

Upon completing each phase of PublicSquare’s succinct yet comprehensive platform and process whilst remaining in text, phone or email contact with the co-founder/application manager and CEO respectively, I can unequivocally state that I was repeatedly grateful and pleased to discover that they deliver exactly what is expressed on their website and in conversation..and more.

Their software portal for e-signatures and form completion, their detailed instructions on each step of the transaction whilst allowing me the leverage and comfort to find my own property, the support in templates and suggestions on how to align with the correct compliance, legal and financial specialists with maximum efficiency, and their forthright FAQ’s and untangling the complexities for someone who is honest enough to say that it’s not their speciality at all, cannot be underestimated.

They let me choose and they handled the rest. They negotiated the price, set up the utilities, organised the internet, and that’s just the tip of the iceberg in what had been such a fast and smooth turnaround in what sometimes feels like volatile and unpredictable marketplace.

To be honest I would use them and recommend them again and again. I already have told my extended family!

The fact that their model matched my unique situation like a glove was just an added bonus and I genuinely thank them for what they have helped me achieve, and I wish them all the success in their (presumably very busy!) short-and long-term futures.
