what happened to the web sight ? I'm a customer of 5 yrs, I have emailed several times and received back Mailer-demon as if they disappeared from the internet, I had a order from November 2022 and did not received it, I received a refund through paypal and import did not responded to the claim, does anyone out there no what happened ? did they close the sight with out any warning ? I hate to loose them as a supplier.

DONT EVER USE THIS WEBSITE!!

I ordered goods on this website and they promised to deliver the goods within 20 days max. I waited over a month and sent them numerous emails! They did not respond to any of the questions I had regarding my shipment even though their website claims to respond within 24 hours.

Thankfully I paid through PayPal and requested a full refund. Total scam website if you pay through non secure methods they’ll take your money and run

I have not received my items to date. They don't return emails, they gave me the wrong tracking number! Basically lost my money to this website!

I have ordered from Import-Express quite often. They are attentive and they follow up with the next if you have questions on a future order or a existing one. I do agree that the dresses I have ordered there usually a problem and you are stuck !! owning these. I'am trying to stay away from the dresses especially. The jewelry and shirts seem to be fine for resale. I had a dress in my order that came half sewn! I'm hoping this issue will be resolved in my favor. So I do recommend them. Just learn from your mistakes. They are pretty good at shipping quickly.

NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!! The Clothes are Poorly made. the fabrics used are cheap and really bad quality. no word of a lie, the clothes look like a 15 year old made it in their textiles lesson at school. I wouldn't even take it for free.

when I tired to return my order, they deducted the shipping fee from my order amount. after i already spent £60 to ship they're garbage products back to them. Its not worth the hassle. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY!

I have received my order and just wanted to say thank you so much. I am truly satisfied with my order. The quality of the clothing is great, my whole order was complete (nothing missing), and thank you for responding to my questions, and concerns, I had throughout my first purchase. Most definitely will I continue to purchase quantity of clothing through Import Express. Once again Thank you.
