Ordered a pack of 5 box files - considering it was over the Christmas/New Year period they arrived very quickly. I was so impressed I have now ordered another 5 and am expecting them tomorrow.

I haven’t received my order yet as just ordered yesterday. I realised that l had given an incorrect email address so sent an email last night. Purchased set of three Bloom A4 Lever Arch Files, plus Bloom Foolscap Box Files. Arrived promptly. They look even better than the website image - they have shiny gold metallic highlights in the cover design! A much anticipated Xmas present for a mature student. One file had a manufacturing issue. I emailed the 'info email' with photo and barcode on Saturday; personal email reply Monday morning; replacement arrived Wednesday morning. Perfect! Very happy, and will be confident to buy from Pukka again.

I like their products but unfortunately I can't actually place an order on the website. I've repeatedly entered all my details but it won't accept the order and gives no explanation as to why.
