Easy to order. Goods arrived exactly as advised and promptly and I was very pleased with the quality of them.

Really good value for money and lovely patterned boxes

The first package contained the wrong items. This was dealt with quickly and completely to our satisfaction. The A4 recycled lever arch files are good quality and look good, too. So nice to find something made in UK, thank you. Very happy with Pukka and would recommend them.

Easy to navigate website quality items quickly delivered

I stumbled across Pukka’s new bloom range and fell in love. Having received them only a few days after placing the order, they are even more beautiful than I thought.

I cannot recommend Pukka highly enough. I needed some box files for filing a lot of paperwork and was looking for something a little different than the usual black boxes. I found Pukka’s bloom range and found them to be incredibly competitively priced and so was delighted to place an order for a few of the boxes. Would love the range to be extended although this would certainly result in me investing in more of them :)

They are well made, packaged perfectly in transit, delivered very quickly after ordering and all communication with customer services were brilliant. All in all, cannot recommend them highly enough as they will obviously last as long as I could possibly need them. A quality product from a quality company. Absolutely perfect.

I was able to amend my order by phoning and speaking to an extremely helpful team who even called me back!! Excellent communication by email too. It makes a refreshing change to get this level of 'old fashioned' but highly efficient service.

The refill pad descriptions are unclear so I ordered the wrong product from the one I wanted, then I was told because I opened the seal to look at the pages to notice they were incorrect, I could not return these. Disappointing especially with the price tag of these. I now have 6 unwanted books and 20 lighter.

Great help from customer service, great delivery and they’re as good as they’ve always been.

Need to know if they’re in yellow also but it would also be good in A5 size which they don’t apparently do.

Love Pukka products but when the parcel arrived one of the folders was broken!

Great notepads as always and delivered reasonably quickly. Price (including delivery) was quite a bit cheaper than Amazon!

I placed on order a week ago and can see it pending on my bank account but to date I have had no emails about confirmation of my order, I had used a discount code but I might just have to go to Amazon and pay more but get the product.

Bought 20 box files for my new study. Love the lime green colour. Good quality though most of the boxes don't easily remain shut. Not too much of a problem if not too full as sit beautifully on IKEA unit shelf and more for decoration.
Excellent quick delivery and thankful for the 10% discount code when ordered on Internet.
Would buy again.
