Communication poor
Pulse roll went into liquidation on 4.5.23. Any orders placed is with a different company.
I only found this out after placing an order which still hadn’t arrived after 7 days. I then followed up with calls and emails, which went unanswered.
After doing some digging, I emailed the liquidators..they responded quickly and it wasn’t long after that I had an email from pulseroll. They had been moving premises and therefore the order was late, but they had already sent an email explaining this..I checked both inbox and junk..there hadn’t been an email.
My order eventually arrived 2 weeks after placing it.

Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service! It’s practically nonexistent! I tried to call several times (always reaching the answering machine); left numerous messages (no responses ever); sent multiple emails (nothing). The product i bought (vibration ball) last July is supposed to have one year warranty and now I have been left with silence and no assistance whatsoever. Think carefully before purchasing any of their products.

Very poor customer service
I ordered a pro vibrating foam roller on the boxing day sale which was faulty when I received it. After sending pretty clear proof of the fault, they were still hesitant with the return. I received a replacement foam roller and this one also had the same fault. I also had to send this one back. In the end, I spent so much time and effort emailing, calling and returning the foam rollers and I still did not end up with the initial product I wanted. What's worse, they did not offer me the ability to buy it again in the future for the same boxing day sale price I paid for it. I went through all this effort and time wasting for nothing and got no compensation for it when I'm completely not at fault.

Always use the pulse role as it does a lot what the ordinary foam roller does not. I had to buy one because my original broke. Do you prefer the original much more substantial than the latest apart from, I think the vibrations seem to be more intense
