I’m a daily user of massage guns and for the past 5 years have gone through 6 random £25 Chinese guns from Amazon and thought enough was enough, I should invest in a decent gun.

Wow! I will never go back! The power, the battery and the no stalling is unbelievable. My partner has an Amazon gun and refuses to use it anymore because it feels like it’s not even vibrating compared to Pulsio.

Unbelievable product and well worth the investment.

I was told I would get a free gun with the boots but never got it and then I emailed them to say I never got it. I got back a cheeky email saying why did I wait a week to say to them and my reply was I was thinking it was still coming and I was letting them know I did not get it.

im a 65 yr old very active woman who suffers chronic pain im my feet and legs and since using the Pulsio air iv had a certain amount of pain free time ,the more I use it I know it will only get better

Delivery was super fast, I bought them for my son he has used the boots after training and did find that his quads were quite painful afterwards but then the next day the knots had gone and muscles back to normal which is great

Pulsio is a brand I trust and certainly recommend. I have a few of their products and all have proven to be exactly what I need to assist in both recovery and injury. They all do exactly what I need and the variety that I have gives me full support to do my sport when I can

Fast and efficient service and great products.

Purchased the Therma sleep. Bombarded with marketing on socials stating “never wake up hot again” or “the perfect sleep temperature”

What none of this states is that the room itself has to be cooler than the Desired temp of the mattress cover, so without air conditioning the thermasleep is useless and does t let you sleep at the advertised 12 degrees unless you make the room 12 degrees

Contacted customer service only to be told that the room needs to be cooler, try opening a window or using a fan, both of which do not help as the outside temp is above 24 degrees

So literally the only way to get this product to be cool is to buy an air conditioner at £500-£1000!!

Haven’t heard back from them about compensation

Very poor and quite frankly untrue marketing

Ordered the Pulsio Pro Compression from the website. Simple process. Very quick tracked delivery within a 2hr window so I didn't have to wait in all day.
Product is top quality and the price is actually reasonable compared to similar in class alternatives which are almost double the price. Highly recommend. I cycle and play football so this saves on having to pay silly money for sports massages.

Great product

Quality of the compression boots and how they were packaged is excellent. Ordered on a Friday afternoon before a bank holiday weekend and product arrived 4 days later (following Tuesday) within the specified hour time slot they had allocated me. Webpage does confirm that it is not next day delivery on weekends. Although the product is fantastic. Think the compression boots are a little over priced hence the 4 stars. I assumed it would come with a free gift but it didn’t.

Bought Pulsio Elite and Air bundle for around £170. I also bought (subsequently) the heated head and pulsio carry case.

These are all good bits of kit. They have sufficient power. Great attachments and make a difference to recovery and treatment.

My comparison is the Theragun v6. A family member has one, and has used it on me.

Yes, it is more powerfull...has more levels did feel a little bit deeper when targetting an issue, and it is a little bit quieter/smoother than the Elite (but not the Air in my view).

But is the Theragun worth the extra £120+?

Not in my opinion. The difference is marginal.

The speed of delivery was good. The choice of, and inclusion as default, of a large range of attachments for both massagers were all noteworthy and above that of the higher price competitor.

I am an expericed runner, mountaineer and road cyclist. I recived no benefit for my views or review. It is just my honest opinion. Its not as powerfull or smooth/quiet as more expensive competitors which were admittedly very good, but it certainly ticks the main boxes and as such im very happy with my purchase.

Hope it helps others. I rate these two products highly.

I've had my compression boots now for a couple of weeks , and they were definitely worth the money as after a long day on my feet and after having bilateral quad ruptures these are a source of relief . I had been thinking about getting these for a couple of weeks but glad I now have them .

I purchased my pulsio for neck, shoulder and back pain.
I use it every day for around forty five minutes. I use a combination of the message and continued pulses. Within around ten days I noticed improvement in the stiffness of my muscles and I have less headaches. It's great because it's compact and I only charge it every five days or so. I need help to stick on the reusable pads as I can't reach the right place in the middle of my upper back. The pads lasted me five weeks before they lost connection to my skin, so great value for money. I love that there are no wires and I can iron, watch TV etc while wearing the machine . The company always replies quickly to questions about any of their products. So far so good. I've just ordered two more packs of reusable pads.

For any athlete/ person who takes health and wellness seriously, this is a MUST HAVE TOOL!

I use the Pulsio Air Pro dailt before and after physical acitivity (Weight training and Padel) and since I’ve been using it performance and recovery has been brilliant.

I was concerened my device had a minor issue that I didnt want to affect it’s performance. I reached out to the customer service team via email. Regardless of this being a gift they were more than happy to help. The customer service was a breath of fresh air. You rarely find companies taking ownership and responsibility with their products and this is where theyve absolutely thrived.

I felt valued even though I wasn’t a paying customer myself and they offered a solution incredible swiftly.

Special shoutout to Rea at Customer Support who was helpful, informative and resolved my issue through email correspondence over a couple of days and even kept me informed of the shipment when it had be sent back, without any need to do so. Above and beyond.

Customer service goes further than the product itself. Well done Pulsio!

With that being said I recommend their products to everyone. Can’t wait to try their other products.

In reply to the reply - no, one unit is faulty

Overall, I’m happy with the product, but there’s a clear issue with the way it’s advertised. The promo material shows it being worn on both the arm and the thigh, but it doesn’t actually fit around my thighs, and there are no extension straps included. I’m not interested in the leg version, as it’s too cumbersome for my needs.
It would be helpful if the product came with optional extension straps for people with bigger thighs, rather than only fitting very slim legs.
Other than that, the product performs well.

Ordered the pulsio boots . I suffer with fibromyalgia and they help circulation in my legs and help to calm my nervous system. Very happy with them
