I do highly recommend the Pulsio equipment. I have the compression boots and the compression sleeve. Boots are amazing and I use them regularly and the benefits are big. Only just started using the sleeve but I’m sure I will benefit from use. I have ongoing health issues and safe regular use has really improved my mobility, reduced pain and swelling

Very pleased will my purchase. Works well, not to noisy and is small ( so can take with u when on the go).

Great product, packs quite a punch for the size. Next day delivery aswell.

This is product is made in China by Guangdong Fuxin Technology Co, if you search for the model number “CD-Z4B” on Alibaba you can find the exact product except the price can be as little as £165 per unit which is the case in this instance, as Pulsio has customised this product. So building in the delivery costs and potential maximum tariff of 45% (which is a guess) they are easily making over 100% margin on this product. This is merely for being a distributor of Chinese goods.

While the product itself is a reasonable product in terms of utility - I was shocked to note that after ordering it and having revisited the website, that the price increased 10% or £50 for the unit I ordered, this was one of the hottest weeks of the year and it felt like blatant price gouging at a time of higher demand and even a period of high inflation.
I also noted on Pulsio’s website they claim they are Proud to be British and they do not charge extortionate prices.
After seeing this it caused me to investigate the product further and find out what I mentioned above.

Update post reply from Pulsio: Whilst I appreciate that I might have forgotten other related costs - I should point out that one can see on Companies house that Pulsio made £1 million in profit for the year ended 31 March 2025. So I hardly believe any of these are that significant that would require such an increase in price.

I ordered 2 crybals but only one was sent before opening the package I could feel there was only one so I recorded myself opening it and emailed it to pulsing. I got a quick response and my second one of my order arrived a few days later. Good ps…
