If I could of given zero stars I would !! Ordered from a supposedly UK site, turns out it was in The US, they told me it had been shipped by DHL, it hadn't been shipped 4 weeks later, they ignored 4 or 5 emails asking for a refund, got my Bank involved and got refunded straight away ...absolutely not to be trusted, they will just take your money and ignore you.

Awful ... terrible coms, just generic replies, waited 7 weeks and nothing, claimed money back through bank.

UPDATE:Nearly 14 weeks and nothing - not at all surprised. Will now take up with AMEX and hope that enough people do similar it will have some impact. Simply - this is THEFT.

TOTAL SCAM - Google pushed website to the top. There is nothing UK about this website and AI replies completely incorrectly to customer queries - impossible to make contact. Delivery 4-6 weeks on a phone case - nothing in website says this. I've searched. Do not use - so cross as I ordered in a hurry and didn't check the company

Ordered a case 3 weeks ago now. I chased it up they said they said it was out of stock and would have to wait until it comes back in stock. So I’ve asked for a refund and I’ve not had any reply yet. Absolutely disgusting service.

I placed an order with Punkcase UK in March 2025 and waited over 10 weeks for delivery. The tracking number showed no progress for weeks, and eventually, Punkcase admitted the item was likely lost in transit.

I contacted their support multiple times and clearly requested a refund — even repeated the order number ten times to avoid further delays. Despite this, they kept asking for the same details and never issued a refund.

I had no choice but to escalate the matter to my bank, who fortunately resolved it via a chargeback. Extremely frustrating experience for a small £14 purchase — the lack of accountability and poor communication was unacceptable.

Would not recommend ordering from Punkcase. If something goes wrong, you're likely on your own.

ordered a phone case back on the 13th and since the 14th it has been stuck in Avenel, NJ, US according to the DHL tracking

PunkCase is one of the worst companies I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I believe they are unscrupulous and don’t care about their customers!
I foolishly ordered a case for my wife’s new phone in a ‘rainbow’ colour. The company incorrectly delivered a black case which was of no interest to my wife. I immediately sent an email pointing out the error and asking if they would kindly dispatch the correct case as a matter of urgency and to provide free of charge return packaging label.
They never responded to the issue of shipping the correct item… they provided the return shipping address, but would only say that they don’t pay return shipping… even though it was their error!
I must have sent 6 or 7 emails and 2 or 3 messages via their web site… I received answers to only 3 in total!
I finally decided to return and pay for the return shipping, and emailed them back the tracking details and receipt of cost.
PunkCase then responded that I should have just reposted it as ‘return to sender’!! Which as I am sure everyone will agree is totally unsatisfactory and unacceptable as I would have no tracking or recourse of it went missing!!
Today I was notified of a refund… which is not what I have ever requested… I just wanted the correct case for my wife. They did however deduct the initial shipping costs of the refund EVEN THOUGH IT WAS AN INCORRECT ITEM!!
PLEASE DO NOT USE PUNKCASE FOR YOUR ACCESSORIES!! BE WARNED.

After waiting 3 weeks on a 3 day delivery, did a charge back through PayPal which paid me back straight away. Don't waste your time. Avoid.

Scam artists. Package arrived after a very long time with 1 item missing. The phone case they sent did not fit my phone.

Sent the wrong case (a much cheaper one) then insisted I pay to send it back to them for an exchange (from UK to US). Their reviews on their web site are littered with people getting the wrong product. Bizarrely the are all 5 stars. Try submitting a review, it tells you their staff will review before posting.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. AMATEUR SCAMMERS!

Terrible service,Took weeks for wrong/cheaper case to arrive,.Upon emailing support,was offered a discount to keep case or return for refund/replacement,I didn't want to wait weeks for replacement,as would have go return case before they send replacement,& guarantee I'd drop new phone in that time,so agreed to discount,but every email from them since,just seems like autobot going on about returning case.
& I know it wasn't a fortune,but it's the principle,feel scammed & cheated

I would give them zero stars if I could. I agree with almost all that is said below. Scammers or just bad at business, I couldn't say, but I would advise that youy sepnd your money elsewhere not with these guys. If you do pay with Paypal or have paid with Paypal, you can raise a dispute and potentially get a refund. I did. It was a quick straightforward process.

Agree with comments below. Company is a scam. Works with a UK domain to trick you into thinking you are buying from a uk based retailer; weeks later still no case dispatched. When queried get a blunt email to say can take between 2 and 6 weeks and then blame is put on the courier. Not confident I’m going to get this case. Avoid at all costs.

UPDATE 31Mar23:
Although bought in UK and delivered from Germany, and it was they who sent the wrong item, they now expect me to pay for return of the item to NEW YORK.
TOTAL MESS ON THEIR PART - probably unlawful.

They sent me a case for iPhone XS - smaller and useless to me.

They did not reply to my repeated emails for return and a full refund.

Enough said !!!

Just to confirm everyone else’s comments. Poor quality of case. No response from customer support.
Save your money and don’t buy from this company

Just want folk to be aware that this company has virtually no customer support and what little there is makes warranty claims nigh on impossible. The warranty refers you to a US base. Coms are very hit and miss and inconsistent and in the end they beat me as having agreed to replace a broken case that lasted a week they reverted to me sending the case to the US at my own expense for exchange. This was a top of the range iPhone case that supposedly retailed at £150 and was half price at £75. I have given up. It’s taken weeks to get to this point. Also the case was rubbish. The screen cover was badly marked after a day and the securing latches failed after a week. Knocked off and broken. I fell for the hype. Don’t. Buy Lifeproof or similar.

I bought the portable charging power bank for my Galaxy S21.

Having done what was asked on receipt e.g. charge the case fully before first use, ensure the case was connected properly, I quickly discovered a number of faults with it:

1) It would continually turn itself off whenever I tried to charge my phone.
2) The case wouldn't hold it's charge (reduces to 50% after an hour of no activity).
3) At times the charging case wouldn't turn on at all.
4) Error message on phone saying "We've detected moisture or foreign material in your charging/USB port."

I would have given this 0 stars, however as they sent me a replacement within a couple of days I can't fault their customer service. BUT the replacement had exactly the same issues!!

Having contacted them again they've advised that I return the product (at a cost of £13 - to the USA) so that they can send me another replacement.

I have lost total faith in this product and don't want to risk receiving yet another faulty product.

I rely heavily on this case in order to do my job effectively, however it is deemed useless as it is so will be looking elsewhere.

Same story.

Received the WRONG case and PunkCase want me to send it back for refund.

And PunkCase want me to pay for shipping to US :(
