I never received my case and now my phone is broken. It has been over 2 weeks. When I call, no one answers. DHL has not given any update on the status of the package and I have requested this every day now for 10 days. I will have to call my bank and tell them I got scammed.

Was not shipped out until i reached out to them. Sent black instead of pink case and did not send the power pack that was ordered.

I wish- stars were available. Almost a month since I ordered. Money was withdrawn and paid out. Still no case to try out. According to USPS tracking there is nothing yet to ship.

Ordered a case months ago. They solicited adding a solar battery back-up charger, which I fell for. It is now November and neither have been delivered despite many emails. Norton security now blocks access to the Punkcase website reporting it as a phony company. DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY BY BUYING FROM PU KCASE, THE PRODUCT WILL NEVER BE DELIVERED.

SCAM no phone case and a lot of money lost

I ordered the case early October and received shipping confirmation about October 12. I still have not seen the case. Can I have my money back?

Ordered my phone case on October 11 and never received it. I emailed y’all about and your response was that it was lost and asked if I wanted it refunded or sent to me again. I said to resend it and if you if I didn’t receive it I would let ya ll know and you could just refund my money. No response from ya ll at all.

I was order two different cases,i got by mail only one after 1.5 month after ordering for samsung fold7. BUT ANOTHRE CASE WAS BEEN NOT DELIVERY AT ALL.I was contact with customer service,sent email. Nobody responded. Please refund the money ,for the case what I never geT.

Took over a week to get it and sent the wrong case.

I'd rate them zero if I could.
Straight up sent the wrong case, emailed immediately, got some half-assed response saying they'd refund or send the right one.
They then proceeded to send neither, and ceased to respond.
That was months ago.

Do not buy from these thieves.
You will be shafted.

Poor response to emails. They use DHL to ship and it is slower than the post office. It's been six biz days since my order and DHL is still waiting for receipt of item.

I ordered on 10/25. Have not received it. DHL is saying they are still waiting for it as of 10/27. I have tried to contact you by phone and email. I would like my money back.

My shipping label was created 7 days ago and my package has still not been dropped off at the post office. I emailed 2 days ago inquiring about my package and have gotten zero response. Seeming like a scam at this point.

Ordered from a UK based company only to find out item is shipped from US. There is no movement on my order since 27 Otober and they keep on responding to the wrong issue. I have not yet received the item and also am not receiving any response that resolved my issue.

I ordered the same case TWICE in the last month and have received nothing. Both have been paid for and nothing has been shipped.

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered a case from punkcase on Sept 18th 2025. It is Nov 2nd today. I have received nothing, nada, niente.so I tried contacting them and got an automated reply which said we will send you a case. That’s it. I have contacted DHL who are meant to be their transport and Shopify who host the site. I have heard nothing from anyone. Punkcase have stolen my money. It’s that simple. They are thieves and scammers.
