I placed and paid for an order 10 days ago. The money has left my account. So far I've had No confirmation email and no response from customer service from their webform or email sent. Website has no phone number. I am very upset about the complete lack of communication and lack of product delivery ( which was a birthday gift).

Took 10 days for 1 small print to arrive - item wasn't dispatched until 5 days after order was placed, and sent second class at a cost of £1.85 plus whatever the thin card envelope cost (I can't imagine it did cost £3.99 to post, but I appreciate postage is charged as a flat rate). The print is nice but the white envelope it came in wasn't really strong enough to stop it getting bent, and one of those manila envelopes where one of the sides is thick card would have been better. Nice print but order early if it's a gift.

My 1st order with Punk Haus.I had my eye on a few of the prints and ordered 1 to see what the quality was like.The print arrived within 48 hours of ordering but unfortunately arrived damaged(down to the courier's).Emailed Punk Haus,got a reply from Nancy who sent me another out straight away which arrived the next day in perfect condition.The prints are fantastic quality, really deep colouring and bold lettering.The customer service is second to none.I will definitely recommend!!!

Top company, made 2 orders both came the next day after ordering! Couldn’t fault them, quality prints over the moon with them! Would recommend to anyone can’t wait to get them up on the wall!

THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Honestly, I am thrilled right now!! And let’s be honest, we only leave reviews if we are on either extreme of the happiness scale.

I went to order three prints, but couldn’t find one I wanted anymore. I ordered the other two anyway thinking that one might come back in eventually.

The two arrived in record time. On opening them I was really impressed by the prints and the colours and couldn’t wait to get them in their frames. However, I noticed a small mark on one of my prints. Not a dirt mark or anything; it was actually printed onto the picture, like a stray bit of ink or something. Small but I knew it would be constantly noticeable to me.

I emailed customer services with a picture. Nancy replied within 24 hours with an apology and the news that the design team was reprinting the print and they would send me out a new copy within the week. It just arrived this morning, quicker than a week!

While I ‘had’ her, I asked Nancy about the third print and when it would be back in stock. She said it had been discontinued but that she was sure there were some still in the warehouse; she’d have a chat with distribution. That too has just arrived this morning!!!

Customer service as it should be! Nancy was personable and quick with her responses and they went above and beyond in sorting my problem. I will definitely be buying more prints from here.
