I really like to play on Punt. They have a nice categorized selection of games. Their customer service is usually quick to respond. They have instant redemptions. I've redeemed multiple times. However, those are most definitely spaced out redemptions. I only win once every few months, which is significantly less than most other casinos. Their only other flaw is that their daily bonus doesn't always function properly and if it messes up it will restart your daily bonus at day one.

Punt casino is good if you don’t hit a big win if you hit anything over 10k they want pay I hit a epic win over 15K and I’ve been under compliance review for a month and been completely ignored same thing every time they say you’ll be notified when our admin. Team finishes I hit big on 7-18-25 and they locked my account down and won’t let me redeem.
Update I did receive my redemption a month and a half ago after my win very vigorous verification process even though I was already verified had to send proof of income bank statements videos of me pulling up bank statements in my device me holding pictures of my cards but I did receive my redemption
I would suggest if you play don’t use more than one way to purchase it’s a long process if you win big I’m moving my rating back to 3 stars simply because the process takes so long but they do pay out instantly

Customer service is rude and unhelpful. I’ve been struggling with verification for a year and they brush you off. I found out tonight that it’s because i accidentally put the wrong birthday in my profile. When I went to ask for help, I stated that I needed my birthday changed on my profile. The person immediately told me he had nothing to do with verification when I didn’t even mention that.
