Stay Away

I been on this site for a while now and all of a sudden I need to be verified again and of course I obliged and it failed over and over.
After talking to numerous people all with different reasons why it’s failing I was told today I can’t play on their platform anymore because I have 2 accounts. I do not have 2 accounts and never been treated so rudely by CS in my life as Punt did. Lost for words!!!

Customer service is slow in addressing…

Customer service is slow in addressing my inquiries. The redemption process has been inconsistent; in previous redemptions, I was able to use the instant redeem option, but now I have to use the standard ACH method, which has been frustrating. I'm unable to successfully connect any of my accounts, and customer support has not responded to my questions about why I can no longer use the instant option.

They don’t pay their referral commissions

Punt does not run an ethical or professional casino operation. They boast a percentage based commission for their referral program, and everything looks great until you try to claim the commissions and you’re met with “this feature is under construction” - which it has been for the entirety of the platform’s existence (months). Launching a casino with a referral program that doesn’t credit is highly unprofessional and a red flag. On top of that, they banned several profitable players I referred without explanation. Play somewhere else.

I used to love playing

I used to love playing. No all you get are dead spins. If you do get lucky and hit the bonus they payout isn’t worth it. I played $40 into a game, made it to the bonus with 10 free spins. My payout was a $1.58. Keep your money!

Really great site

Really great site! My son recommended it to me and i played and won over 9,000!! I tried to do instant redeem and it only met me
Do $3K as instant. All the others have been pending to my debit card for the last 2 says. I created a ticket but havent heard anything back. If they all go through like the other this is the definitely a site i will always play on from now on and maybe just 1 other. Thanks punt
