I played Punt for the first time May 25th. Played several games and won $1300. I done a redemption and as of today June 6th I still haven't received my redemption. They did ask for more documents after I messaged regarding status. I sent that on the 30th. Still nothing. Messaged again yesterday and the response pending review and they will let me know when I can redeem. Been the same response sine the 30th. Do not waste your money because you won't get your winnings.

Their customer support has been close to useless in regards to my account. I've made purchases and played with no issues until I deposited a larger amount. Now my account is "Under review" and I can't do anything. My money is being held hostage and I'm getting no responses from support. I purchased SC to be able to play the games but they refuse to unlock my account. Garbage site...

I have been playing on this site for awhile over a year I really liked it then it started going down hill there VIP program is a joke you play 10k you get 10 sc ok but then you play 50k you get 20sc 5 times the play here is .005% I got past that then I have been buying the same bones over 100 times 1 in 30 was OK then I had one that I bought 15 spins the first 2 spins where great then I got a message I had not seen before It kick me out then I get back in with 5 spins missing and a different bones I was pissed support gave me the run around for over a hour and was no help DONT PLAY HERE GO TO STAKE US, MC LUCK, SPREE JACKPOTA way better support
