Terrible terrible company. Took my money and never sent the order. When I tried to get my money through PayPal the company sent false information with a tracking number for a parcel that wasn't even delivered in my postal area. No-one gets back to you or they just fob you off. Never ever buy from them, ever!!!!

This is probably the worst purchase I have ever made. Quality, size, fit, elastication all unacceptable. Xborderecommerce claim to be there to protect the buyer. Not on your life! They offered £2 refund, then a further £4 on £21.99 charge then banned me from the post so I could not even find a way to reply. Full refund only if returned to China at your own cost. Add this review to the many other histories of being conned

I regret ordering from this company. Should have read reviews. The product is nothing like description, very poor quality, would never use this company again definitely would not recommend

This company should not be allowed to trade.I ordered the shoes on facebook in good faith.
I waited weeks for them to arrive.I tried tracking my parcel but could not without agreeing to share my details with other companies
The shoes finally arrived and have gone straight in the bin.Very badly made of poor quality material and rough seams inside that would chafe your feet.
The value on the parcel stated £12 but I paid £24
Another lesson learnt!!!

Ordered on the 5th May now 21st May and my order has not cleared customer yet.
Emailed a few times and all the do is send me the tracking details.
Can not rate the goods as still not received

Shoes do not fit, much too small. A long wait, disgusting service. Do NOT waste your money. No returns policy, a complete disaster. Not flexible soles, really hard, will never buy through Facebook again. Should have read the reviews before ordering. Do not ever order from this company

I regret not reading the reviews especially as there appears to be no return policy. The product doesn’t meet the size or description and the quality is poor with plastic soles. Very long wait and hugely disappointing

Ordered a bra back in January, still not received it. Raised a dispute with PayPal but it got closed as the company had provided tracking details for it. The tracking details stop at January! When contacting them I got the tracking details sent to me again which didn’t help, no real response from them. I’ve noticed the company name keeps changing on my statement, very dodgy. Do not use!!

Shoe fitting are a joke you need to order 2 size up and they won't exchange save your money don't buy from these sharks

Avoid Avoid !!! Bad experience with these.. placed order then decided to cancel 9 mins later, they said they could not refund as they had already been shipped out.. still no tracking number no email to say they had been shipped as promised on their site and that was 4 days ago.. I have put in a dispute with these.. Also a fee of £3.80 tax came out which is not on original billing.. beware!!! 😡

Please stay away these people are professional scammers they do not send you what you order they are very dishonest I bought size 4 shoes and they sent me 3 and no refund or exchange please stay away don’t waste or time with this scammers I reported them

THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS!
I ordered two pairs of snow boots which took weeks to arrive. Upon arrival they were not matching, also it was impossible to get ones foot into any of the boots.
I asked for a returns address but was told that the product delivered was what I had ordered and no address/refund would occur. I pointed out that the product was not fit for purpose, hence not as described, at which point Pupcatmeo stopped responding to my e-mails. I have taken up the matter with PayPal, I am actually surprised that PayPal deals with this company.

Ordered two bra's which were advertised for their great support and amazing quality.

Fabric quality is extremely poor; the bra offers little to no support and it's super uncomfortable.

I asked customer support to return the items and start with refund process and they said they don;t accept returns because , I quote, "the warehouse is in China so it will be too expensive ship back" .

UNBELIEVABLE AND UNACCEPTABLE. the majority of China-based sellers provide refunds without returns.

Disgusting company. I would not rate them as high as a 1. I ordered a size six pair of boots as I am a size six, one boot fitted the other did not. I let my mother in law try them and the same thing, only the right boot fitted. Contacted customer service to exchange for a bigger size and was asked to send a photo of the boot not fitting, obviously this was a ploy because they came back and said you received what you ordered! I then asked for a refund and was told as you received what you ordered we will not exchange or refund.
Please do not ever use this company.

I would not even give this company 1* if I had a choice. Ordered in December and still not received my shoes. Went through PayPal to complain and they said they have been delivered. Furious will never order from here and I will try and find a way to get my money back. This company is disgusting robbing theives.

Brought some grey boots for my wife for Christmas turned up after Christmas didn't fit contact them to send them back for a refund they won't let me have a refund because they sent me the right size 6 but they don't fit my mum tryed them as she is a size 5 and they still didn't fit think this is really bad service will not order from them again

DREADFUL. Customer service non existent. Won't respond to emails. Sizing chart in accurate.

No stars should be given. Ordered a pair of boots on Boxing day, when delivered they were shocking quality. Poor stitchnngand glue visible all around the sole. Repeatedly contacted them, including sending photos them to obtain refund but they just stopped replying. Now reporting to Trading Standards

Shouldn't even be getting 1 start. What a disgraceful company. I ordered 2 bras totalling £30 going by the chart size they was too small and because they sent me the size I ordered they said I wasn't supported for a refund or exchange. Such a bad company n their terms and conditions do state u can return within 14 days if there in the packaging they came in such scammers!
