Annoyed that I have to give even one star. The bra I ordered was way too small they refused to provide me with return details saying they'd sent the size I'd ordered. I pointed out that I'd ordered the size based on the chart they provided and they still refused. Their terms and conditions say they operate within UK law, so I will pursue this and post info here later about how to challenge. Lesson learned! Check Trust Pilot BEFORE ordering from foreign providers.

I ordered a size 5 grey warm boot they came and they are so small so I sent an email asking if I can exchange them and they sent this.

I was so annoyed so I am stuck with a pair of boots that don’t fit properly. All they keep saying since is shipping fee too much. I’m never gonna purchase anything from these type of companies again!

I wish I’ve read reviews about this company before ordering from them. Absolute rip off!! Avoid! Pictures are nothing like the product, visibly glued together boots, terrible quality.
Still fighting to return it.. disgrace.

Terrible company, stay away from them. I order a pair of snow boots and they were SO small I ask for a address to return them they have refused to give me the address to return and a refund. On there website it states you can send back within 14 days. These people are scamers. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM..... I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO ACTION FRAUD.

Dreadful company, ordered boots and were too small, they refused a refund or exchange even though on their website they state they’ll accept returns. Have opened a dispute with pay pal.

They refuse to send me return address and refund me I order a bra the quality very bad the fitting horrible I want the send it back and they don't except..I will open a case to pay pal and ask for my money back

Ordered a bra XL bra wouldn't even fit a doll I said I wanted a refund they refused to give me a return address and said I ordered the correct size don't touch them with a badge pole complete scammers should be taken to court and shut down

Don’t touch this company! I ordered a pair of boots half a size bigger than my normal size to be on the safe side but when they eventually arrived they were tiny and quite obviously completely wrongly sized by the company. when I requested an exchange for a larger size they have refused saying they sent the correct size that I ordered!!!! Bunch of sharks and totally unprofessional! DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Do not purchase anything bought boots and the correct size for my partner but she can't even get her foot in them, asked to return but they won't do anything return or exchange no help from them at all now stuck with boots

They do not make a replacement. The size of boots were less smaller then the label with the number on it. I've tryed to explain but they said that it is a number that I've ordered.Of course, but the model did not fits the no.37!!! They didn't even make a try to help and make an exchange.
Waste of time, waste of money!
