I purchased a precious collection of Christmas stories that were original, as well in keeping my family values. I encountered a small glitch regarding my order, and it was resolved easily and expeditiously.
Parents, relatives, and friends of children will find a beautiful selection of children's story books that send positive messages, combined with the finest of illustrations!
Both the product and the customer service are A Plus in my book!

I liked everything including handling a digital library cancellation request. What I didn't like was getting a free trial of the digital library that turned into a paid subscription. I just wanted three books but had to be hassled with a cancellation.

I purchased a 3 book set but then was billed for 3 more books I didn't purchase, They arrived and then I now am charged another $ 103.79 for nothing I am aware of unless it's a year subscription I don't need or want! Please resolve this matter of unsolicited subscription and refund my $103.79 immediately! I tried to call the phone number listed but they aren't set up to respond to calls. My name is Donna Kiger

TERRIBLE COMPANY AND SNEAKS ADDITIONAL BOOKS INTO MY ORDER THAT I DID NOT APPROVE OF. THEY WILL LATER CHARGE FOR YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION THAT I DID NOT EVEN KNOW I WAS BEING SIGNED UP FOR. DO THEY MAKE DECENT BOOKS? SURE. HOWEVER, I WILL NEVER MAKE ANOTHER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN.

First of all I love the idea of this company. Books that encourage and strengthen souls and tell of The Love of God. So far my Grands really enjoy the books and I have them in my home so that they will pick one up to refeed themselves yet again with a message of love and kindness and in Christ.

The company was quick to respond to my email even though it was a late Saturday afternoon. They answered my question and reassured me that my purchase would be delivered.

I had ordered 2 sets of books but somehow I ended up with a year long subscription which I did not want. I emailed customer service and was immediately told I would be refunded the amount that was removed from my bank account. Good customer service and cute books.

The books are wonderful. When I had to resolve something I had not understood they were polite and quick to help me resolve.

I ordered the set on feeling anxious, sad and angry for our great grandson. Anxiety runs in our family and can be hard on loved ones. He is only 7 months old, but his parents are already reading to him. I am so pleased with the books and customer service that I will be ordering more books.

You all understood my mistake in placing an additional order that I did not even know that I had made. You helped me to get it all straightened out. I was a little frustrated because I could not just call you all on the phone. I am a senior citizen and not up on all of this technology. Problems with my order were worked out, and I am OK now with the results. It was resolved by messaging in about an hour.

I am a single mom working on settling the emotions of 4 kids between ages of 5-13 from a unpleasant divorce. I'm excited to use these books with my kids but had overlooked the subscription trial and need to cancel. I reached out and requested a cancellation so i don't continue to get charged as I am on a tight budge and wasn't expecting that money to be taken out. Customer Service prompty unsubscribed me and cancelled. This means a ton. Especially at this current phase in my life. I will refer friends and family to these books and you will get a good rep down the road. I appreciate you to the fullest.

I ordered several books for my children which were reasonably priced and delivered timely. We have loved them! I had a small mishap which was an oversight on my behalf but Puppy Dogs worked with me in a timely manner and helped remedy my mistake. Their customer service is as wonderful as their book selection. Highly recommend!
