Possible scam as I’ve still not received my item
I ordered an item on November 23d to have it before Christmas , it’s December 17th and I still haven’t received my item . I reached out numerous times and they said a ticket had been created however no one reached out to me . The the status continues to show that it’s processing . I spoke to a live chat agent who advised that their process takes around two weeks because of the customization, however it’s been almost a month yet no update . Avoid this company as their customer service and transparency is lacking .

Negative experience... 1st the image produced was distorted; 2nd the product was damaged in shipping, which was reported and no response has been received to return the product and get a refund; 3rd our credit card was charged with a service charge that we were not made aware would be made for the product cost was 25% more! DO NOT BUY from this company. We will file a dispute claim through our bank by the end of the week as we have not heard from this company.

What made my experience great is the awesome customer support, if you email them with a request, they get back to you in a timely fashion!!! All of the people are super nice and made sure that my customized hoodie had what I asked for put on it!! Buyer beware. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK. I ordered a shirt from this company and received a cheap pair of shorts. When I contacted the company, they insisted that I ordered shorts. They even sent a copy of my order form that clearly stated I ordered a short sleeve shirt yet still insisted I ordered shorts. They refuse to refund my money.

The KoC Hoodie is awesome! even the council number i asked to put in was there..Awesome! : ) its just the colors is a bit bright im expecting a bit " more" realistic color presentation of a Knight ( like a templar knight) and the shipping time took almost a month bec. It came all the way from China..i hope the next time order( again) indiviual or by bulk it will take not a month to receive,specially if customers are in the U.S expecting U.S has more advance technique and equiptment to make the demands to deliver in a short matter of time and i believed materials and labor are cheaper than U.S standards.. but overall im SATISFIED w/ my order and thanks to Rose Collins for she was attentive and helpful on my inquiries and request. Joan Jett car seat covers
I ordered Joan Jett car seat covers, and like them a lot. Material is as good as most covers are made of. They were shipped from China within a couple days of my order and arrived in the US 70 miles from me, but then sat for 15 days at the shippers warehouse. I was watching the tracking, emailed PuppyPrinty, and they gave me phone # of shipper. After I called, I received item 2 days later.

Fraudulent company. Avoid at all cost.
This company is a fraudulent scam operation. They used my artwork without permission or payment as well as other artwork that they stole from other artists. A response to my email was nonsensical and avoided any question of their thievery. The email response told me they had made a ticket for my purchase!!! I didn’t buy anything from these criminals.

I still have not received my Padre mens…
I still have not received my Padre mens XL Hawaiian print shirt or my Mens XL SD Aztec Hawaiian print shirt. I ordered back in June they said I’d receive before July 4h I called and they said I ordered a womens (which is not true!) and would need 10 mor dollars. So to avoid argument I sent 10 more dollars and they said I’d receive it last week 2 weeks have passed by as of today and still have not received anything yet I put a complaint into PayPal and now I’m taking this company to small claims court. Buyer Beware of this company.

Mazda sunshade
Bought a sunshade it showed the Mazda logo on it so of course you would think it would fit a Mazda sedan . But it was so flimsy and pretty much made out small bubble wrap it wouldn’t stay up in the window. Total junk! Then tells me can’t refund or return after 24 hours . But I contacted them 12 days after not to send it and the haven’t t even shipped it out yet.

FAKE PRODUCT!!
FAKE PRODUCT!!! Bought what was displayed as Gear Frost Muay Thai shorts (3 pairs). They sent fake cheap knockoffs that were NOT AT ALL what they advertised (not Gearfrost as in the photo, no label or tags at all, thin cheap fabric, hand-sewn narrow waistband instead of standard wide Muay Thai/Gearfrost style they pictured, hand-sewn hem instead of trim.) I generously give them 2 stars instead of 1 because they apologized and responded to emails. HOWEVER, they refused to honor their OWN return policy and instead offered me $5 off my $100 order to keep the bogus inferior fake useless product. When I declined and asked for a straight refund they offered a bit more and said that was all they would do. No refund. TERRIBLE and DISHONEST!

Ordered blanket on 12/1 because it said it would be here by 12/15. Blanket arrived on 12/27. Blanket I ordered was supposed to fit a full size bed, this blanket is a like a throw blanket. Severely disappointed. It was supposed to be a Christmas present too. Do not have time to send stuff back to supplier.
