I was supposed to receive a solar harvest garden flag. Shipping took extremely long and when I received it, it was not a solar garden flag at all. It was just a cheap garden flag. I spent way to much money to not received the correct item. I would not buy from this company! Buyer beware!

I see SEVERAL ppl orders were canceled without notification,then they say they reached out privately to check spam! That in itself is spam and a lie! I was not notified until I finally emailed them to check shipping. Then two days befr I needed the gift, I get email it's not coming! Why do you have this site if you can't fulfill orders?? I see this happens regularly! And not notify ppl.even tho u say u do ! I wouldn't recommend nor order from this company again! It pretends it's based in USA BUT it's absolutely not!

Tha blanket is beautiful and good quality but the 10 week wait for delivery was ridiculous! I understand because of the pandemic things will take longer but the tracking method is not user friendly. I will recommend to my friends but I will let them know it takes almost 3 months to arrive.

We liked the American collie flag but…
We liked the American collie flag but it did not have any divots to hang it with. We had to take it to a tailor and have them put 2 in on each end. It is smaller then we had hoped also for the price. You can find this cheaper elsewhere. Thank you

I love my flag
I love my flag, but the company evidentially doesn’t have the staff needed to keep the customers abreast of delivery status. The phone number listed doesn’t work, and after two emails to two different sites I got a response that my request of delivery date was being reviewed! My flag ended up being delivered, but wished I had a better customer service experience. Hopefully they can improve this.
