I agree with everything that others have said about this site. Can’t get hold of them and no details about the company. Ordered an adjustable back corrector - no adjustments on it at all - false advertising and contacted the ombudsmen about it.
I ordered and paid for a portable steam iron in blue early May. It's September now and I still haven't received nor have I received a refund. I emailed pup special afew times asking for when my item would arrive . I've never had response! It dawned on me about 3 weeks later that I lost my money to fraudster! ordered a neck relaxer from them. Couldn't get it to work. Asked could I have a refund. Had to go through a half dozen questions regarding the product. THEN! they wanted me to send them a video of the thing not working. How do you show a device NOT working??? It would simply be a video of the thing sitting there!! Terrible after sales service, my friend had a similar experience with them. By the time they agreed for me to return the item and consider a refund, I'd thrown the piece of rubbish away!! Avoid this company
