It was great because my kitty is healthy and well taken care of based on her coat and weight. However, I did not receive a lot of update while waiting for the adoption process to finalize. The travel was amazing and they did communicate well when it came to flight and arrival time.

⭐ 1 Star - Defensive Vet, Uncaring Broker
My mother recently adopted a kitten from PureBredKitties, and we were all crushed when she died at just 11 months old. Days after the adoption, we had to take the kitten in for a UTI, during which the local vet was able to detect a heart murmur. The vet representing the broker who certified her health sent a long email trying to explain away any responsibility, even blaming us for not spending hundreds on a necropsy. The broker never responded at all. It was a cold, dismissive experience that added to our grief. I would never recommend this broker.

This is an update to a 5 star review that I posted back on August 12th of this year for my Oriental Shorthair kitten. We are now a few months down the road since her arrival, and thankfully my beautiful kitty is healthy and thriving and I couldn't be more pleased with her. But I could not in good conscious let my initial review stand after I never received the pedigree that I had requested and paid for. I've waited patiently for months and repeatedly reached out requesting either the pedigree or a refund, and have essentially been ghosted. Even Kim, whom I spoke so highly of previously, has not replied to any of my inquiries. It is very disappointing to say the least.
I will also say, that even though my experience with Purebred Kitties was positive up until now. Do beware that once you put your $900.00 deposit down there is no getting it back. I also had no clue when I put my deposit down that my kitten was coming from Ukraine, and honestly I was very concerned about it when I found out. Not because the breeders aren't legitimate and reputable, but because of the distance my kitten had to travel to reach me. Had I known this up front, I probably would have looked elsewhere for a kitten. To their credit my kitten did arrive safely and in good health beyond some mild travel fatigue. Just be sure to inquire and get all your questions answered before you place your deposit. Transparency in not Purebred Kitties strong suit, and I can't believe that given what I paid for my kitten, that this whole transaction went south over a $250.00 pedigree, but here we are. Just do your research.

My family bought a cat from this company and it arrived with a UTI. When taking her to our local vet for the UTI, they were also able to detect a heart murmur. Our cat died the same week at 11 months old. I would NEVER recommend this broker. When reaching out, they ignored my phone calls and they were denying blame in my emails.

My cat died shortly after buying it from here and my local vet said it was unavoidable, due to complications with the poor breeding practices. Purebred sent me back a defensive email from their “vet” full of excuses and blame. It felt like they just wanted to protect themselves, not help a grieving family. Purebred Kitties sells sick kittens for a profit
Our family adopted a kitten through this dealer (PureBredKitties), and we were devastated when she passed away before her first birthday. We reached out hoping for compassion or at least a conversation — but were met with silence. This broker refused to take any responsibility or even acknowledge our loss - forget about any sort of reimbursement. This was not just a pet, but a family member. The lack of empathy and accountability was shocking. I would never recommend this terrible company who sells kittens with congenital diseases, of which our kitten's heart murmur (primary symptom of HCM) was easily detected within seconds by our family vet, to anyone who values transparency and care. They are scammers - beware! Notice, too, their copy/paste responses to anyone who exposes them on this site, offering help & special consideration to "review your case" - it is ingenuine as they don't respond at all when you do reach out. Also notice that for every negative review, they fraudulently send several more positive ones on the same or next day - all with the same tone, diction, style and vocabulary choice. This then buries the negative reviews further down on the page, as well as counteracts their score. For the love of God, do not choose Purebred Kitties.
