Absolutely outstanding service from Pure Communication Group, especially Alfie.
He handled our transfer from 3 to O2 completely seamlessly from start to finish. No pressure, no hard sales pitch, no nonsense — just genuine help, clear communication, and a professional attitude throughout.
Alfie was an absolute gentleman to deal with and made the whole process simple and stress-free. It’s rare these days to come across service that feels this honest and straightforward.

What are an appalling customer service…
What are an appalling customer service border service from this company system that they provided mobile contract with? Plan.com? Never worked from day one and then they’re telling me I’ve gotta pay them still this is not happening and they refuse to take me out to contract free of charge and they’ve told me I’ve got a pay termination fees if I wanna leave so do not go with this company they are monkeys. I have reported them to the government because they are falsely advertising sales as well, I’m gonna get this company shut down. Nobody ever buy anything from this company.

Very responsive! Quick communication and hassle free switching service offered from another provider so far. Didn't like being contacted on personal Whatsapp for a business matter and we had a small delay in porting our numbers due to a national outage but an otherwise smooth process. The same emails were received twice quite a few times which I assume is a glitch on their CRM system but our account manager was friendly and helpful throughout and I would recommend the service.

I've just moved my small business across to Pure and to Vodafone. Its the first move we've done so we were anxious about how it would go. I needn't have worried. Sam Deans provided an excellent service and went the extra mile in providing us with the assurance we needed (including when he was supposed to be on holidays). Thank you Sam!
Very poor experience as soon as the contract is signed
Very poor experience from the off. Pure were very quick and seemed to have great customer service to the point of getting the contract signed, then all downhill from there.
Had a business contract out for devices across the business - sims didn't work, numbers not porting over when they should, had to go through loads of devices and set up the device to connect to networks, devices that didn't work on the contract they had put us on, no EU roaming set up even when it had been checked with them previously.
In all the years everyone of use has had a phone contract within the business, not one of us had had an experience like this.
Just had an vibe of they have no idea what they are doing, everything is problem, nothing gets solved and every problem it's always the networks fault.
All been a complete headache and far harder work than it should be.

Alfie was excellent from start to finish. He helped get us out of an overpriced and frankly extortionate contract with our previous provider, and his communication throughout the whole process was spot on.
What really stood out was how he handled everything end to end — including covering the termination fee and then setting us up on a new contract that already seems to be coming in at a significantly lower cost, with unlimited data and calls included.
Alfie managed the whole process very professionally, kept us updated, and made what could have been a stressful switch feel straightforward. Truthfully, I’m not sure I would have followed through with it if he hadn’t produced such good work and given me confidence in the savings.
Really impressed so far and would happily recommend Alfie to anyone looking to reduce their telecom costs.
