Purefilter packaging and recycling processes
Yes the PureFilters I ordered arrived, neatly packaged, and with a very short delivery time. Since I had a new furnance, air conditioner, humidifier and a purefilter system installed in my unit, there has been a noticable improvement in my air quality. I am able to recycle the cardboard box and plastic wrap used for delivery. So far the purefilter may or may not be recycleable and maybe someone can explain how they delt with expired purefilters.

Good customer service…
I am happy with the customer service and the product. I use MERV 13 filters in my HVAC system to filter out fine particles, including viruses. I can always rely on PureFilters to have what I need. Ordering is easy, delivery is timely, and product is of good quality.

Filter order shorted.
Ordered four of two different size air filters. (8 in total) Said order arrived in two different shipments with one being short a filter. Discussed “short” with rep Donna who asked for pictures. I sent pictures and Donna replied that the matter would be taken care of. ~ 10 days later, “short” filter arrived. All good.

The order was a good price and acurate but took a month
It took a month to get the order,and I was wondering even after it was shipped as the tracking didn't work.The driver dropped it off in the rain but didn't ring the door bell.I appreciate that with the price there aren't margines for great customer service but for your sake I hope i'm unique.
