We are still waiting for a second…
We are still waiting for a second filter that we ordered and paid for quite a while ago. That is after you delivered the wrong filters. And we are still waiting for the return label to return those. To top it off, I am a French-speaking customer incapable to be served in my own official language of the country. Aren’t you a Canadian company ?

Furnace Filters
I have been ordering filters from PureFilters for a few years now. We utilize Merv 11 filters and with all the construction dust around, we change them every few months. It is easy to order them on-line with PureFilters. They are usually here a few days later on our doorstep. We receive various confirming e-mails throughout the process.
