Deliverytime was quite long. Some of the products worked and some did not and that was my reason to return. If the leds were better quality, product would be good. My opinion is that the return process is way too hard and time consuming. Clearly PureGlow does not want returns and surely everybody understand that. But if you complicate things you make the process and experience worse.

I am very satisfied with the small lamp on the wall. Perfect when there is no electricity in a dark corner. The only negative is the long delivery time as the delivery is from China. I think it would be good if the longer delivery time is mentioned on the homepage so that it sets the correct expectations. It is a pity that they have such a bad total rating as the products are really good.
