Dogs love the food

Website is very user friendly, our dog love the food and as it is I subscription you don’t need to worry about anything. Our dog used to get sick very often however this has not been the case since changing to pure.

Very good service. Can change what food you receive easily. Plenty of time to add or change things before delivered. Delivered when they say and on time.
I always add more water than it states as my dog likes it more runny.

Since swapping over to pure our dog hasnt dare I say farted to clear a room as if there's a fire.... And his temperament has improved too.

The bags go a long way. The smell of aromas from the bag/when rehydrating the food. Makes me hungry. Never mind the dogs drawling waiting for its dinner!

Buster is very happy with his meal times, he looks well and has plenty of energy. The choice is good but we mainly go with chicken and the turkey. It is very easy to portion with the scoops provided and I get about 6 weeks of meals every time. A great job.

My dogs have been using this food now for two plus years and they are doing amazing with it and love the variety and taste of it. Their coats look amazing and they have lots of energy as well.

Very easy to arrange and make changes to order. It’s had a very positive impact on our dog too.

My dog can be really fussy and Pure Pet Food have been great for suggesting tips and alternative flavours for my dog to try.

Very responsive when messaging and overall a nice positive experience

Because it’s measured we always get food delivered at the perfect time, one less thing for me to think about - which make my life easier :)

She loves this food and it really helps her tummy, which can be a little runny! But not on this food. The company is also super easy to deal with - so glad I chose them

Pure pet has been a life saver for me and my two dogs, easy ordering, quick delivery and they eat every last bit!

Ok. Good reminders of when the next order is due but very expensive. Unable to afford to feed all 3 twice a day with pure. It amounts to £150 alone.

Our George can be very fussy and like many bulldogs, don't appreciate change.
We tried everything we could to spice his food up with the kibble he used to be on but still he kept skipping meals and wasn't really interested.
Raw was out of the question.
Well that all changed when we found out about Pure.
We were unsure but was worth a try.
OMG from the start of his transition stage, every bowl cleared. He even waits now whilst we prepare it .
3 weeks on and still going well.
He seems happier and more content .
Price comparison is the same too but for a healthier meal.
Wish we did this sooner.

Great customer service and advice all the way.
To be honest, cant fault anything and 100% recommend.

Great service and the pup loves the food so much. Coat looks amazing and he’s a lot more relaxed. Even better is doesn’t take up much space to store and convenient when going away

Rupert, a poodle cross, had been struggling with inflammatory bowel disease and taking steroids for several years as recommended by his vet. He had gained a few kilos was still having pain and upsets despite the meds and trying various recommended dog food.
Then we switched to pure, he has been off steroids for 8 months, zero flare ups and his weight is back to normal.
Within days he was a happy healthy dog. Completely brilliant. Wish we had known about it before as he loves it and he is really well. Can’t recommend it enough.

Our dog really loves Pure; the variety of flavours and natural ingredients make it so much better than just dry food or dog meat.
Also, if there is ever an issue with an order the customer service team are quick to respond and helpful whilst resolving the issue.
Thoroughly recommend Pure…go on, give it try, your dog won’t be disappponted!

Good service and the actual star for today is the food which is minimalist and very convenient aswell as reasonably priced.

I honestly can’t recommend Pure Pet Food enough. We decided to switch our dog over after becoming increasingly concerned about his weight and general diet, and the whole experience has been fantastic from start to finish.

The team have been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely caring. Whenever I’ve had questions about portions, his weight or how much he should be eating, they’ve taken the time to explain everything properly and make sure we were happy with the plan. It’s really reassuring to know there’s someone at the other end who actually cares about getting it right for your dog rather than just trying to sell you more food.

Most importantly, our dog absolutely LOVES it. He gets so excited for mealtimes now and happily clears his bowl every time. We’ve also really appreciated being able to adjust things as his needs have changed, and the customer service has been brilliant throughout.

Yes, it is more expensive than the food we were feeding previously, but for the quality of the food, the convenience and the support from the Pure Pet Food team, we genuinely feel it’s worth it.

My only complaint? We’ve created a monster. 🤣 He now constantly moans at me around mealtimes because apparently breakfast and dinner cannot possibly come quickly enough. I’ve basically trained my own dog to bully me for food. 😂

Absolute con artists. Beware !! they will con you into a half price package for your dog. Then your fooled into subscription which is completely baffling on the website. Before you know it 2 weeks later. Bang. 59 quid taken out of my account for my dogs next batch of food. no refunds was the reply when I contacted them. My dog hadn't even tried his first delivery !! So now I have a ton of food which hasn't even been tried by my dog yet and if he doesn't like it tough is this companies attitude. Awful business AVOID for your own sanity before your buried in their dog food before you know it and conned out of money which they wont refund.
