I was really dubious at first of this pet food, my elderly dog called Pig has numerous health problems, and for a long time has hated his food options.
I decided to give this food a go for him and we are on our second month, his meal times have become the best part of his day, honestly he absolutely loves the food and licks his bowl clean.

My first order was delivered to the wrong address and went missing. Pure pet food sent me a replacement within a few days. They were so helpful and efficient and my dog loves his new diet!

Rosie loves her food. I love how I dont have to think about ordering it, it just arrives in plenty of time.

The customer service is second to none. They are so helpful when deciding on food flavour and how you want to use it. I use some kibble and some pure pet food as I like to use the kibble for treats

My dog took to the change in food well. He eats it quickly and even looks forward to his meals. He wasnt keen on the salmon but he did eat it however the meat flavours have been gone in seconds. Easy packaging and the reusable seal actually works!!!

I have been on Pure Pet Food for around 3 years now and just adding our puppy too! Even the puppy is loving the new food. Really good customer service, so nice having the Live Chat feature if you have any questions. Very easy to add and change recipes. The convenience of dried food is amazing, the space it saves, etc. I wouldn't go back to anything else and when compared to other food on the market the price of Pure is very competitive for the customer service.
Very good for Lick Mats as you can choose the texture so overall very happy. I would never be able to feed raw as freezing whilst travelling and remembering in general would be a nightmare let alone the space it takes up. This is a great alternative and saves having to feed kibble. I have been through a variety of different foods such as Kibble, wet, cold pressed.
They're also very active at farm/country shows and have talked to them on a variety of different occasions. Very nice to see an actual BRAND behind the product and how they engage with customer/public. Makes you feel very transparent with what they're offering.

After Koda’s recent health scare, which resulted in 2 nights in hospital, she was diagnosed with Pancreatitis brought on by an Acute Hemorrhagic Diarrhea Syndrome (AHDS) and Hypovolemic Shock. Koda was critically ill but she’s a tough little cookie, so, finding the right food for her became our absolute priority. She now needs a low fat diet that’s also gentle on her stomach to prevent future pancreatitis flare ups.

When speaking to the vet, they were suggesting veterinarian recommended kibble, however, Koda hates kibble (she literally picks it out of her food and spits it on the floor 😂), so I felt stuck when trying to find a suitable wet food for her. After doing plenty of research and not finding much to suit her new needs, I started to worry. However, I eventually found Pure Pet Food and decided to give them a try, particularly as they cater for conditions such as pancreatitis and sensitive pup tums.

Our first delivery included four flavours of Chicken, Turkey, Salmon and Game and I also added the Natural Milk Chew and the Tempting Chicken Training Treats as they were also low in fat.

I can honestly say everything has been a huge hit! Koda absolutely loves the training treats, and she didn’t put the milk chew down once she’d got hold of it. Since then, she’s now tried all four flavours of the food and although she was unsure at first, she has enjoyed every single one, which is such a relief after everything she’s been through.

We did experience a slight issue with the delivery, which was due on the Saturday but arrived on the Monday. However, this was completely outside of Pure Pet Food’s control once the parcel had left their warehouse. Despite that, their customer service was absolutely outstanding. They were so friendly, personable and genuinely wanted to help. They kept in touch, offered a lovely goodwill gesture and even discussed alternative courier options for future deliveries. It’s rare to receive customer service that’s this caring and proactive these days, and I genuinely couldn’t fault the team.

The quality of the food, the ingredients and the overall experience have all exceeded my expectations, and knowing Koda is eating something that’s perfectly suited to her dietary requirements gives me real peace of mind.

I love the fact that she sits on the kitchen floor watching me make it up for her, it’s like I’m preparing her her very own home cooked meal!

Now, if the team at Pure Pet Food could invent a second pair of hands for me, I’d be forever grateful! Ever since Koda was poorly, she’s become convinced that her food bowl is useless and that all meals should be hand-fed by her personal waitress (me) and unfortunately that habit has continued with her Pure Pet Food too! Clearly the food is worthy of VIP treatment in her eyes 😂

My dogs allergies cleared up with Pure fish recipes. The quality of the product is excellent, only issue I have is with the delivery company sometimes not delivering on time.

So easy to make. Our dog goes crazy for it. And with so many flavours to choose from, there really is something for everyone

Fast, friendly response to changes in my order. The main thing of course is that our dog is doing very well on his Pure Food and we are pleased we made the change.

Digby is a Romanian rescue dog - he has been here for three weeks now. He was only used to dry kibble. At first he wasn’t too sure but now he loves Pure food. He has Crunch for breakfast at 7.30am and wet food at 5.00pm. He knows when it is tea time and goes to sit staring at his bowl. He has gained a little weight which was needed and the Vet is delighted with him. I find the food is good value and no waste. Can’t see us changing any time soon!!

We switched to Pure from our kibble/wet food combo because we were looking for a quality dog food that was easier to travel with in our campervan. Our dogs love it, their coats are shiny and they are both in great condition.

My cocker spaniels absolutely loves her food she knows the box when it’s delivered and spins round with excitement, her coat has improved and is glossy , just wish there was more than 4 flavours .

The process of changing to this type of food was painless

Pure Food have been amazing. Wirh so many pet food companies now I was sceptical. But, I was pleasantly surprised. I was given an amazing opening offer fir my first order and great discount for the second. The cost works out about £3 more than the food I was using before. My dog loves it and has benefited immediately. She is less lethargic. Her stools are now solid and she does 3/4 poos day but before it was about 8, 2 solid and the rest runny. Her eyes are brighter and cleaner. She is less itchy. I referred a friend and got £20. My dog nelly got a toy as a gift in our second delivery. They are always in contact asking how she is doing and asking what they can improve on. We are now trying chicken and game which she loves just as much as the turkey and salmon which she had the 2 months prior. I am very impressed. I wish we had found them sooner. The site is easy to use and looks very professional. I love the way it is personalised and that Nelly is addressed not me. Thank you very much

I cannot praise Pure Food highly enough. Fast delivery, beautifully packaged, easy to prepare and my dogs love it. It’s reassuring to know that they are enthusiastically eating a healthy diet without my using the air fryer daily. The licky mats are clean after each meal.
Customer service is wonderful - responses are prompt, clear and helpful. Ten stars for Pure Food!

My two dogs really enjoy the food, it’s great to see a blueberry and the small wild strawberries and I’m sure those are savoured by both. The littler younger dog can be chonky, but her weight has stabilised nicely after being on pure food for 2 months. My elderly fourteen year old dog has benefitted from an increase in energy and now eats her food with enjoyment, she’s also very pleasingly nearly back at a healthy weight, her sensitive stomach hasn’t had any problems with pure food. Very happy all round!

Been using this for a couple of months now for both our rescue dogs! What a change. The are sitting waiting for their meals every time, instead of eventually coming to sniff at their kibble and take a few pieces. Our eldest, at approximately 13, looks so much better and happier. Bright eyed and bouncing around like a puppy.
