Dosn’t work well with WiFi calling
Dosn’t work well with WiFi calling. Lot’s of dropouts. Have to turn off WiFi often. Works after that.
Coverage is ok but not as good as Verizon in my area even though the AT&T tower is only 2 miles from here and Verizon is 10 miles. Risebroadband tower only one mile line of sight. I do have a 5G amplifier on the house. Time always.

So far so good, we’re a few months in. We’ve changed from AT&T to pure talk. Our service has been solid, our bill incredibly affordable.

While traveling in New Zealand, my wife and I had no cell or data service. I called tech support and the rep, although polite, could not get our phones to work.

There was a few issues in transferring information from my phone, however everybody that I encountered at Pure Talk took more than enough time to help resolve these issues. Probably the fact that I had a Motorola phone seem to be the biggest issue, everyone at you break it I fix it store said the same thing. Very happy with the service. I live way out in the country and very few phone companies work out here. The customer service is very helpful. It was the price that made me switch we were previously paying $345 for three lines. We now pay $100 for those same three lines.

Best Service for the Best Price!
I signed up for Puretalk a few months ago and I am extremely happy. The service is great and even better then the previous mega company, AT&T, I was using that always had dropped calls. No hassels to switch. No wait time when calling Customer Service. The representatives were very nice, helpful and easy to understand. I especially enjoy the low, low cost for Puretalk's better service!
