I purchased 6 units for $240. One unit made a terrible noise. I contacted Purifair for remediation; I had to show proof with a video. I did. They said they would send a new unit. It has been over 2 months now and no replacement. I have emailed them 12 times; I get assurance that they are indeed sending a new unit but it never arrives. I should have been skeptical of a company that does not list its phone number for customer service. Buyer beware! They are not legitimate. I doubt that the technology even works.

I have no idea what happened to it? for about 6 months it worked fine and then all of a sudden it quit working and then it would start working again and now it's at a stagnant stage of the orange light constantly being on. What I liked about it though was I would never have to buy filters for it again that's what caught my ear. I thought what good is something if you don't have to change the filter then now I would have to change the whole product in other words buy a new one.Which is what I just did.The American people do not like products That only lasts 6 months like it's supposed to be some sort of a $50 disposable gadget. I personally bought it from company that was calling their side of new gadgets found.com or something like that. anyway, now when I try to use it all it does is the orange light stays on but the it sounds like I can hear a grinding noise if I put my ear to it. I got my new one's yesterday, sooo, should I throw it away or can you resolve the problem or fix it? And sorry for being so long-winded.

I bought 2 purifair couple of years ago both have been amazing until a few weeks ago
1 of them started making a lot of noise so I sent a message to see what could be done
In no time at all I got reply I sent a small video and now getting a replacement
This company is well worth buying from

AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY'RE A SCAM
This company ripped me off and refused to refund. They offered a two day express delivery which I opted to pay for. 4 days later and still no delivery I looked into where it could be. I emailed them only to be told we’re trying to find your order. Several emails and 3 weeks later I still had no delivery or tracking number so I request a refund from them and a dispute payment with Afterpay. Several emails later and another week goes by and still no refund, they decide it’s ok to refund the express postage fee 🙄 then they apparently post my package after I’ve asked them at least 10 times to cancel it as it hadn’t been sent. Then the tracking number given was invalid when I tried to search it. More emails asking for a valid tracking number or cancellation of my order and I get told it’s been delivered. I’m no it hasn’t I still don’t have the products I ordered and they said take it up with the delivery company. The delivery company say my tracking number is invalid and cannot help. Then Afterpay’s sides with them as they don’t cover missing or stolen parcels and I’m left paying for a product that never arrived. If I could give it zero stars I would because they don’t deserve any. They really know how to scam people and look like a legitimate business while doing it. Don’t make the same mistake I did avoid them and shop elsewhere.

I bought a 3 pack last august: the first 2 units stopped working within 2 months. I had purchased a 3 year warrenty when I purchased the units. I recieved replacements for those units. Now the 3rd one stopped working soon after: i contacted them and they state they can't ship units out?? This makes no sense... why sell a warrenty ... so... doesn't seem like a reputable company.

I’ve spoken with the company many times on different occasions with many questions and they were so helpful and accommodating.
My daughter who has horrible allergy sneezing fits daily hasn’t sneezed once since putting one in her room. Incredible!!
My other daughter’s room has a mould smell I can’t find or get rid of and the smell is gone! What the!!
These things totally work!!
So glad I purchased as I was quite sceptical.
I’m hoping they also help our dog who has allergies 🤩

They state they have a no questions asked money back guarantee. GOOD LUCK with that. They just keep asking for pictures and videos.

I recently bought three and have two in my home and one in my car… haven’t been sneezing since I got them and I used to go through boxes of tissues! Delivery was very fast and the units are very well made and packaged …. Very happy 😊

SCAMMMMM. Don’t even waste your time, I’m just lucky I paid through afterpay and I can dispute it. No package received even when saying it has been delivered. Don’t waste your money

One star is one too many. Item not as described, don’t work, have a foul odour and items missing from order. How can we stop this rogue company. Facebook doesn’t give a dam. They won’t stop taking their $. This is the only time I have had this happen. I didn’t check this site out first. I usually do. They are making millions out of us for items that don’t work and there is nothing we can do.

Ordered 30 Dec to date only excuses as to why not sent. Now not answering.

STUPIDLY READ REVIEWS NOW AND SEEMS ITS PRETTY STANDARD. REALLY THOUGHT THIS PRODUCT LOOKED GOOD BUT TAKEN MY MONEY N NO PRODUCT. HAVE TO DO A REVIEW 😞

It has now been 16 days since I ordered from Purifair and my items have not been shipped. Each time I have contacted the company I receive a different excuse. It is obvious that they have promoted the items on sale without having stock. I have asked for a refund which has been ignored.

Wish I had read the reviews before buying!! I encourage everyone to read here before you buy 3-4 of these purifairs. This website says no questions asked returns and then they blame the courier if your delivered piece won’t work! That one was creative really!! STAY AWAY! And REPORT them !! It’s FRAUD!

The units don't actually charge-despite the company saing they do-and always have to be connected to a power source. I therefore wanted to return them, but they refused to pay return costs, despite the goods not being as described. I tried repeatedly negotiating, with no luck, so sought a paypal resolution, which found in my favour. Not an easy company to deal with.

I have bought 2 of these. One has started making a loud 'staticy' hissing. It is loud enough that I had to move it out of my bedroom. I see no way to fix this one. The other continues to work fine.

Complete and outer waste of my hard earned money. The Purifair does absolutely nothing to clean air or otherwise. The units are simply a placebo. We actually tested the units with ozone meters etc. Someone should file a class action suit. Complete ripoff

Update: We took several Purifair's apart. The Purifair's contain nothing more then a tiny fan and power transformer. Absolutely NO ozone or ionizing circuitry!

Still waiting, Ordered 3 on Nov 30th 2023 received nothing. Money has been deducted from my account. No way to contact them except by email. They don't respond. Will be opening dispute via PayPal.

Ordered 3. No despatch notification. I have sent 3 emails and 1 Facebook message. No response to any.

Ordered and paid for 3 and received nothing, monies deducted from bank account no email to state shipment of items. The date ordered was the December 1. 2023
Paid for order of 3 and website states they ship next day. No one answers chats or emails and no contact number to call.
